Eco Backpackers Hostel

Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

I wish more hostels had dorms like this place. I especially appreciated the shelf at the the top end of the bed and the bathrooms. The only thing I did not like was the air condition, it was too cold! I was freezing at night.

Backpackers Garden Hostel

Vientiane, Laos

Generally ok, but one toilet was covered with shi* for at least one day and there are only three in the shared bathrooms. Good showers (hot and with pressure) but one handle was leaky so my stuff got wet as water went in all directions. Expect the backpacker party crowd that is mainly interested in getting drunk, in another dorm a drunken guy was vomitting (respect to the staff who took care!).Good wifi, good breakfast, drinks (beer, water) overpriced

Hue Backpackers Hostel

Hue, Vietnam

Nice hostel but noisy bar on the ground level where they do nothing else than get you drunk. Easy to meet fellow travellers though.
