It would be nice if this hostel organized activities for its guests, but otherwise it was a very affordable way to stay close to the Kensington and Chelsea areas.
The price is right, but beyond that there's not much to recommend the place.
Staff was extremely helpful. The adapter for my computer failed and they helped me locate a replacement at no charge, which was enormously kind of them. Good central location, clean room, more expensive than most European hostels but that's Norway for you.
Location is a good thirty minutes walk from the city center (though a bus will get you there too), in a nice but more or less dead neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. Internet costs money, as does breakfast. Glad I only had one night here.
Staff was friendly and helpful, my only complaints are that half the facility is across the street from the Wi-Fi access and a running kitchen sink, so if you are staying over there you have to hike across the street to use the facilities. The AC is a nice option to have, but don't store your stuff anywhere near them, as you might wake up to find them soaked by condensation from them.
Great staff, very convenient location, though the neighborhood in Napoli is not the best.
