We booked an AC room 4 months in advance (cuz it gets busy during NY's) and when we arrived we had no room... What it seemed to be the manager, gave us a room with a fan only and told us we were "lucky" to have a room... He wanted to compensate the difference in price with breakfast and some other "stuff"... They never cleaned the room during all of our stay and the place was grim... Would not recommend this place at all!

If you're looking for a place a bit away from all the crazy party, this is it! The staff was nice (all men) and it has a very nice quiet beach. However, you should know that the tap/shower water is salt water, so if you want to take a shower might as well do it in the sea! I also think the kitchen and facilities could be improved... 😉

It's definately your party hostel! If you are looking to have a good time, party and meet people... This is the place! If you want to have a good night sleep, then go to a hotel! Everything was great, except that i got food poisoning from a burger i ate at night at the bar, other than that it was a great time!

The hostel is really cool, clean, well located and staff are nice! Just DO NOT book any tours with them! They charged us 120usd for a tour of the Colca Canyon that we found in Arequipa in 40usd They make a lot of money out of the tours, so wait until you get to the place to book it!

Very nice hostel! The only thing I didn't like was that I payed for the breakfast and I did not give me a ticket. Later on while I was getting food, a girl asked me (rudely) if I had already payed. I told her yes, and instead of communicating with her colleague at the hostel, asked me to go myself and get her the ticket otherwise I could not eat. That was very rude! Lack of communication. But off course, you cannot judge an entire hostel for an employee behavior. The rest was great! Thank you!

The hostel is good overall. It has everything you need to spend a good time in Vienna. There is a bar down in the basement, so if you are the type of traveller that appreciates their sleep, please: do not stay here and let the party people be happy!

It is a good hostel... Staff is super friendly and they are very helpfull in booking you with all the cool stuff to do... Breakfast is delicious! Only suggestion would be to have WiFi in the rooms... and free... but on average it is a good place to stay if you are doing 1-2 nights...

The BEST place to stay in Cape Town! Do not look anymore, it is clean, it has a great view, very good location... You definately dont want to stay in Long Street and this backpackers is very close to it... There is a nice bar, friendly staff and excellent atmosphere... would stay here again!
