Good place with nice atmosphere, lots of activities and pretty good security. Staff is helpful, rooms are spacious and clean and there are some nice bars around. I liked that the 4bed dorm had its own bathroom. Generally there is nothing wrong with this place.

Very special place. You hear de ships on the background and in the morning there's supposed to be a great view. I have stayed no more than 10 hours in this hostel, but it was a really cool experience. Because it's an old building, the dormrooms tend to get a bit moist during the night, and the showers were a bit dirty for the eye (but were probably clean). I would definately stay here again, and I'd recommend you to do so.

Broadway Hotel n Hostel

This hostel does not have a very social setup and they do not have many activities. It is more like a hotel in which you share your room. Depending on what you are looking for, this could be exactly what you want. Personally I was hoping for a little bit more interaction between the visitors, but the blasting TVs and the fact that everyone was just in the comon area to get a WiFi-shot (which you dont have in the room) made it hard to have a normal conversation. Other hostels are better for that.

The hostel itself is really good. The beds are comfortable, there's a lot of community space, There is coffee, breakfast, a garden with dogs. Etc. etc. but at the time I was there, the place was full of non-travellers. Medical tourists, people working in Bogota. It's not really a problem but not really fun. Again, the hostel is quite good, but I didn't have a lot of fun there!
