Arenal Backpackers Resort

La Fortuna, Costa Rica
77%

Arenal is one of those places for people who don't want only to sleep but also meet new people... and enjoy the pool. Prices of the restaurant and beers could be lower.

Hostel Urbano

San Jose, Costa Rica

Hostel Urbano is the perfect hostel in San Jose. Great staff, a lot of information, nice atmosphere and an amazing garden to drink some imperials. If you want to go back in time ask for the roller skate rink place 2 min from the hostel.

Hotel Taiyo

Osaka, Japan
77%

As you may know in Japan everything is ovepriced. Saying that, Taiyo, which is not really an hostel but a small hotel or pension, is a very good deal for the money. It's very well located in terms of transportation (airport and main areas in the city). It is clean and safe. Staff are helpful. It's only missing a couple of things that you'd expect in an hostel like a common area or a common kitchen that would give a little bit more character to this place.

68 Hostel

Istanbul, Turkey

It's not a bad hostel and has a lot to be a really good hostel but for now it looks it's in it's beggining. Everything is unfinished, the areas are poor in terms of character, the staff is not always easy to find and the facilities have to be improved. Everything is the minimum you can expect. This time I decided to book a private, and was not expensive but anyway, considering that it was winter and the hostel has such minimal conditions I don't think it was worth it.

Brothers Hostel

Cairo, Egypt
86%

Great hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. Located in an historical building in the middle of one of the busiest cities in Cairo which is near everything that matters. The toilets could be a little bit better but other than that, for the money paid had a really good value. Definitely recommended.

El Viajero - Hostel & Suites

A nice hostel, really well located. Breakfast is quite poor, but for experience I can see this is a rule around this part of the globe. It's very clean and staff are helpful.

A nice hostel, with nice staff, nice areas and excellent location. It was quite cold due to be an old building but this is actually one of the reasons i liked the hostel.
