Very simple solo room which consists of a thin mattress on the floor, aircon and a TV. I was happy for some privacy at a decent price so can't complain

It was a nice enough hostel but having stayed in dozens around the world I've stayed in much better. the staff were very nice but at times a slight language barrier. They would have messed up my friend's airport pick up if I didn't confirm onsite. It was pretty expensive I thought with the room not cheap, food twice the price of a nice local eatery and no kitchen facilities to cook. It was not a bad stay by any stretch but I am intrigued as to other options on Phnom Penh to be honest

I stayed only 1 night for convenience as it's near the bus station. It's not really a hostel, more a school with rooms available in summer. Rooms were actually really nice but not even close to a hostel type atmosphere. It's more budget accommodation similar to US hostels

This hostel depends on what you're after. If you want to see Varna it's a fair way out and not ideal. If you want to drink and party this is it. Staff are ultra friendly and accommodating and cook awesome meals for you albeit at a high price compared to in Varna. No lockers but worked out ok.

Hard to judge as season was finishing so a little quiet. Location great if you want the beach, otherwise stay somewhere in town as it's a good 25 min walk out. Security a little dodgy with no door locks but lockers are available. Otherwise they put on great food and do nightly pub crawls. Pretty good hostel but also stayed in a lot better. Simply ticks all boxes for beach going, otherwise elsewhere

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS! Had laptop stolen and guy 2 days earlier had camera stolen. There was only 1 other guest in my room who wasn't there at the time and I believe it was a staff member sadly who was cleaning the room when I left it there. Sad for the lady who runs the hostel who is very nice and genuine but cannot trust her staff. All the free food in the world doesn't make up for it. But Utrecht is amazing

Prrobably more a hotel feel than hostel. Apparently they want you to drink in their bar but we just drank in the rooms as heaps of space with a whole table and chairs there. If you've got a backbone you'll love the location in the red light district.... so interesting! If you're a guy prepare to be seriously hassled by street pros on walk back to hostel at night.... they will throw you against the wall and make demands! But fun city and I would stay again

It's not a bad hostel but certainly not worth a 94% rating. It shows the difference between US and european hostels. this would be just an average hostel in Europe but is rated outstanding in the US as they have no idea how to do a good hostel. Massive hostel. Pays to book early as i did and didn't get shifted around but had friends were literally shifted room every day and that would have driven me crazy. Good events most nights but no one from hostel takes you, they just give you directions. It's probably as cheap as you'll get for New York and right near subway in safe area

Well there 93 school kids when i was there which sucked. However it's a good hostel, with the obvious HI drawback of being alcohol free. Not much fun to be had but clean and right in town

Signage on hostel terrible... I walked right past it and got lost. No atmosphere in the hostel, it was like a hospital. Karlstad itself is boring apart from nightlife but you can get that in other parts of Sweden better

For such a big hostel, there\'s very little life to it and meeting people is tough, and I\'m saying this as an outgoing person. Everyone in the communal area (which is tiny) is there for the WIFI and that\'s it. You can\'t bring your own alcohol to the communal area either which sucks. The rooms are excellent though. As it\'s the cheapest in Oslo I\'d stay again but I\'ve stayed in a lot better

Security and location are fantastic. Very small communal area though. No way you can fit more than about 10 people in comfort. They don\'t really tell you much on check in but all signs are there once you enter the dorms- WIFI codes, maps and Bergen guides. Right in town and close to station. I\'d stay there again

Only downer is you can\'t drink your own alcohol in the hostel and you can buy alcohol about 5 times cheaper at the local Aldi than the prices the hostel sells theirs for. Other than that it\'s a very sociable and cool hostel. Not the quietest but hey, that\'s what hostels are about

What makes this hostel great is the people running it. I\'ve been to over 30 countries and dozens of hostels and this is my favourite. The guys are simply outstanding. The danger of staying here is that you\'ll miss Lisbon because you don\'t want to leave the hostel! Couldn\'t recommend more

Waited forever to check in despite it being out of season and not busy at all. Also really struggled to get a drink at the bar. So not high marks for the staff. No real sign out the front so a little hard to find. I\'ve stayed at dozens of hostels and generally not very fussy but didn\'t particularly enjoy this one

Best advice... depending on what time of year you\'re visiting Petra, you don\'t need to pre-book. There\'s a multitude of hostels within walking distance of the hostel with negotiable rates. This one is fine but they\'re all similar and should provide free transfer to Petra the next morning
