Casa Bellavista Hostel

LOVED this hostel! Was the final place I stayed in my 4months around South America and was definitely one of the best places I stayed. The people were so warm and welcoming, I felt like one of the family here. Great breakfast, comfy beds, hot water, lots of help with tours and good wifi, what else do you need! This isn't the place to go of you want to go to bed at 9pm as noise travels easily but it's the best if you want to meet great people and really enjoy all that bogota has to offer.

Great hostel with good common areas, wifi and comfy beds. I liked the movie nights but it almost encouraged people to not talk to each other so there weren't any party nights here but that might have just been that I didn't meet the right people!

Lovely hostel, is 4 blocks from main plaza so not far and is a safe walk back. Good kitchen, comfy beds and good wifi. Don't stay here if you don't like cats, I woke to find one sleeping on my bed!

Great social hostel, cheap and in great location just by the beach. Bathroom could do with more regular clean and toilet paper replenished more frequently. Best to not stay in ground floor dorm if you want to sleep early.

Good hostel, a little out of town but only a 10 min walk to Plaza del Armas. Good breakfast included which is a bargain for 18 soles a night. Tour operator in the hostel also who can arrange excursions, we did Laguna 69 which was good. Also, can leve bags here while on longer treks.

Hostel was good, 7 soles breakfast good value, comfortable beds. Guy on reception (Jesus i think) was knowledgeable about local trips, places to eat etc. A kitchen and more common space would make this place even nicer.

Really comfy beds ( with two pillows!), hot hot showers, good bar with decent food, and I loved the electric sockets in the lockers. I found it amazing that given there were so many beds here, it still did not feel impersonal. Would definitely recommend

Loved the curtains around the beds, nice homely feeling to the place, not a party hostel.

Best place in uyuni (and I stayed in afew). Hot water, comfy beds and heaters in the room, just what is needed when it's soooo cold outside!

Great hostel in great location. Comfy beds, super clean and best hot shower I'd had in months. Could do with a common room as everyone congregated in kitchen which is a bit small but apart from that it's highly recommended

Loved this hostel, ended up staying an extra day as I liked it so much and they were very accommodating for my changing plans! Great common areas and kitchen and we ended up creating huge group meals. Only gripe is the shower I went in wasn't warm (I subsequently heard you needed to go to an alternate shower for warm water) and there are only 3 toilets for the whole hostel but don't let it detract from how good this hostel is.

Amazing location just off av. Paulista. Good tele to watch the football. Showers could have been warmer and I felt a little like anyone could walk in as the front door was often open but apart from that I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others
