The twin room we had was small but cosy. The only issue was that it was close to the kitchen so breakfast time was basically a waking up time. Breakfasts were quite nice as well despite the company of a local guy who was having a breakfast there each morning and did not bother to reply to any guests' greeting.

Not the most chic and comfortable place, but totally worth its price. Perfect location and relatively clean. They have some problems with the reservation system and we had to spend one night in a adjacent hotel due to overbooking. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Better be a fan of a disco on Sat night, as you can also enjoy it in your bed.
Sunshine 3 has a very original decoration of the interior, which is really colourful but may not come to everybody's liking. It is quite new and clean. However, it is close to a busy street so can be noisy especially if you would like to open the window. Our double room was rather small but there was a TV inside which is quite uncommon for a price of 50 euros. As there were not many guests when we stayed there, it is hard to say more about the functionability of the small common space. The staff was very nice and helpful.
