Location is not ideal. it is more of a 20 -25min walk into town. You do get picked up on arrival which is good. The beaches that are walking distance (10mins) I would not classify as idyllic. The hostel was overbooked 3 nights in a row with some people sleeping outside and some people having to share beds. We somehow booked over the net on the day and were given beds over people who had been there for 2 days and had been walk ins. Pool wasnt that clean nor the place to be honest. Price is good.

Sungate Hostel

Really fantastic hostel I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid as it is 2 mins walk away from Puerta Del Sol (main metro interchange and huge square). The rooms and bathrooms are clean. 1 euro beers from reception. And the best and most important part is the staff are amazing. Really helpful and genuinely friendly. I can’t say a bad thing about the hostel.

I was going to original stay 3 nights, I ended up staying 10 nights. There is activities on every afternoon and night. I wouldnt even bother looking for another hostel in Mancora. This is the place to stay. Rooms are good, food is excellent, staff are awesome. This is without a doubt the best hostel I have ever stayed at and I dont say that lightly.

Awesome location right in the heart of the old city. Great rooftop overlooking the dome of the rock. Helpful staff. Currently undergoing renovations so it was noisy and dirty, but renos should be finished by 13/11

Awesome location and awesome lay out of hostel. The common room and the large dorms really have a lot of character. A bit tricky to find but ask a local kid and throw a couple small coins there way to help you
