This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you can rent bikes, and the other travelers passing through are all awesome. This is definitely the kind of place you would seek out or would want to return to.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no hot water and no AC.
The guy at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Although if he had mentioned that the Himeji Castle was under restoration it would have saved us a great deal of disappointment.
The guest house was good, but it seems like check in is after 6pm and breakfast is at 8:30. Su was very helpful, though communicating in English was often difficult. She did our laundry for us free of charge!
This is a nice hostel with comfy beds, but they DO NOT have a pick up service if you fly in. If you call them with their arrival information they will tell you that they do not offer this service. Also, the window to the street doesn't close, making the traffic noise worse and wasting the air conditioning. Lastly, the bathroom door does not close. Since the shower IS the bathroom, this means that your room (not just the bathroom) floods every time you shower.
This is a real backpacker place, and the staff seem to enjoy their job.
This place is fine if you're looking to save money, but it's not a place you want to stay for a long time. The bed is in a loft, and the ceiling is so low that you can't even sit up on that level. It was also extremely hot as it's on the fourth floor without air conditioning.
The location was perfect, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
There was a bit of communication trouble, as we tried to email and call the hostel twice before arrival, but were unable to get through. It turns out that they thought we were coming a day later than we actually were, but we were upgraded to an entire apartment instead of the double room we had booked for no additional charge. The room was quite nice and pretty clean, and the place was convenient to the old town and the Picasso museum
There was not an included glass of red wine.
Great atmosphere, facilities, cleanliness and security. Pretty good location. The staff were very helpful, but it would have been nice if all of them knew how to tell us to get to the Charleroi airport for our flight in the morning.
I absolutely recommend this place. It made our stay in Jaipur comfortable, easy and efficient. The owner/manager is wonderful and incredibly helpful with perfect English, there is internet there for a small fee, and they can help you arrange affordable sightseeing and transportation, providing you with all the info you need. rooms were spacious, bright, cheery, with decorations, faultless bathroom, big free breakfast. book it!!
this is actually a 3 star hotel! really nice place to stay but not exactly where you'd want to stay to meet people or party...
there was no safe in the room and no way to lock up your stuff. small but fun.
amazing hostel, good to meet people. always people chillin in the living room, perfect atmosphere, free internet, great breakfast. got to choose whether I wanted my own room or a dorm style room to facilitate meeting people. Got there really late, so they called me to make sure I was ok and see if I was lost or if they could help me. Great staff, clean beds
