Nice place. Could do with a kitchen, but otherwise all good.
Cool little place with all the facilities you could want - kitchen, good showers, nice rooms etc. Very helpful, accommodating and polite staff, all with excellent English skills.
Nice staff, friendly place. Small, but that works to its advantage. I had no complaints here.
Lounge area is cool - it's good to sit down on some proper sofa's. Free tea and coffee, it's cheap, nice staff.
Really sweet place. Has everything you could need - full kitchen, etc. My room had ample electrical outlets, a table to sit at and relax, etc. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the station straight along the road. Roof terrace is nice. Just a great place to stay. And Cathrin really helped me out trying to book my bus ticket onwards to Berlin (for the record, there is now a bus that runs from Osnabruck to Berlin). I recommend this place completely.
Not bad for Amsterdam, where hostels seem pretty expensive. Staff here are nice, cleaning crew especially works really hard to clear up after the simpletons that seem to stay here. Basic, but good enough.
Great staff, location is perfect (30 seconds from tram stop, two minutes walk from beach, three doors down from a supermarket and a laundry just down the road), bar downstairs has a nice atmosphere. Best thing was the friendliness of the staff (all of them).
There is hardly any cheap accommodation in Venice, so this place was a real find. It isn't a long way from the station (if you pay for a taxi instead of walking, you need a slap), it has a decent sized kitchen, the internet always worked (a rarity in this part of the world, it seems). It's clean, the staff are nice, the beautiful canals are right outside. I don't think I would change anything about this place.
One of the very best small hostel experiences I've ever had. Cute, adorable little place. Lady on reception took a lot of time to show me good places to go in Bologna - she was great and I loved talking to her. The kitchen is fantastic and all the guests seem to keep up a good standard of looking after it. Beds are singles, not bunks. Lovely... just lovely. Recommended for so many reasons.
Really cool little place. Friendly staff, nice location right on the river, near shops and restaurants, etc. Kitchen is good, too.
Positives: clean, safe, breakfast included. Negatives: the wifi never works - if your wifi doesn't work, don't advertise that you have it because technically you don't. Moaning about there being no wifi may seem old hat but a lot of people (myself included) need it to organise further travel. This isn't a backpackers hostel. It's set up to house large youth groups. Finally, there is only one key per room which is irritating when the three in a room don't know each other. That needs work.
Perfect. Nice place.

One of the best hostel experiences I've had in three years of doing this. Islam, Hussein, Mido and Mr. Shehab look after everyone. They know all you could possibly need to know about Cairo and will go to great lengths to explain it all to you with maps, etc. Property was always secure, peaceful, the location is perfect for getting to places like Al-Azhar Park and the Egyptian Museum, it's very clean and has a real nice feel to it. Great Pyramid tours, too. First class place and staff.
Really sweet little place, right next to the beach (just don't go to the restaurant on the beach - bad things will happen in your stomach). There's a decent-sized supermarket/shop at the end of the street where it meets the main road. Loads of taxis and tuk-tuks nearby for transport. No complaints.
Staff were great, as is the bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Everyone was very helpful and I really couldn't have asked for any better.
Really good experience. With regards to the location, in reality it's not that long a walk into town, plus you have the added benefit of being down a nice quiet street without the joy of listening to drunks. I really liked it here. The kitchen staff who make breakfast are all great, as are the owners. They're actually making an active effort to provide a decent experience and that means a lot. Thanks!
