There are separations in the rooms - we booked a 4 bed dorm and found it was 8 in a room, plus a semi private room. You hear every sound from other guests and we were rudely awoken at 3am. We didn't know about the separations and assumed they were actually rooms.

The staff here were wonderful. The most helpful people I've ever met at reception! They upgraded my room, printed tickets and answered every question with a smile :) Breakfast was good, as was location.

Bangkok Home Stay On-Nut

Bangkok, Thailand

A little out of the way but the OnNut area has its own character and a great night market with live music and cheap food every evening. The GH was clean and felt like a home away from home, staff were friendly, free laundry and good coffee in the mornings. The only drawback to this place was its distance from some sights (although it has good cheap transport links to sukhumvit/mochit/silom). Overall a great stay, nothing like Kao San rd, and a glimpse into the real Bangkok away from tourists!
