Wombats City Hostel Munich

Munich, Germany
97%

This hostel is a great base to use to explore Munich. Within walking distance to all the major sights, it's a nice, clean hostel with some really excellent facilities. The one thing that brings this place down is the woeful wifi. It was some of the worst we've experienced in nearly a year of travel, including to some fairly remote destinations. If they fix this one problem, this would be a really great hostel. The indoor garden is great and the bar has a great party atmosphere. Worth a stay.

Hullo there! Thanks for the good words! We ever try to fix and improve the wifi situation but it seems to be our great bain. Anyway, we will succeed in the end or negate existence trying. ;) Have a great time!

This is a really well located, modern hostel with excellent common areas. The thing that makes this place though are the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful and really couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was a good one. We also found the hostel to be really clean, with excellent wifi. Thanks for a great stay!

Travellers Home Hostel

Sarajevo, Bosnia And Herzegovina

We had a really great stay at this hostel. The rooms are very cosy (but not in a cramped way) and very clean. I love that it's a small hostel as it really seemed a lot more personal than some of the big chains. The staff were also really helpful. This hostel has absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy your stay in Sarajevo. Would definitely recommend!

Hostel Majdas

What can I say about this place? This is more than just a hostel - it's something truly special. After nearly a year staying in hostels around the world, this is the most welcomed and cared for I've ever felt away from home. Madja, Bata and their staff are really doing this for the right reasons - to share their culture and city with people who really want to know about it, and not just the pretty parts (although there are lots of those). I can't thank them enough. This place is a must stay!!!

Old Town Hostel Kotor

This is such a great hostel. The location is awesome, the building the hostel is housed in is amazing and it couldn't have been cleaner. We found the staff to be really helpful and super friendly which only added to the great experience we had here. And with little extras like air-conditioning and the free cheese & olive or free Sangria nights, it puts this hostel right up there with the best. Definitely the place to stay in Kotor!!

This is a great family run hostel which has a wonderful, laidback atmosphere. The rooms are well organised, clean and the bathroom facilities are great. The wifi also worked really well. We were only here for a short stay but we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back for longer next time!

Berat Backpackers Hostel

We really enjoyed our time at Berat Backpackers Hostel. Scotty and his team are really getting it right. The hostel has great atmosphere - it really feels like the sort of welcoming place where you could easily spend a week or two. The staff are really friendly and the hostel itself is really clean and well laid out. The outdoor common area in particular is a great place to kick back with some cheap Albanian beer or wine. We'll definitely be back to this little piece of paradise.
