It is a family business, they really treat you very well! The area was perfect for me because it was less than 10 minutes walking to the CItta Studi. Also there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes. The down side its that wifi its $5 per day.

Location its perfect, metro its 200 meters away and buses stops right in the corner. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are no facilities at all, and not even dishes or silverware. Its just a place to sleep! The staff its moody, I stayed there few days and they just help you with the basics. They feel bother if you ask them some detail questions. Other than that its just fine!

Honestly you cant expect too much if you pay under $10 for a hostel in Milan. Decent place. Good beds, great showers, a common area with a kitchen. Its not so bad located. Metro its 500meters away. Staff its friendly and its there 24hrs.
