It is more like a hotel, very shiny and well located, without the backpackers atmosphere of a hostel.

My bed was squeaky. There was a lot of traffic noise from the street. Other than this the hostel is well located with an interesting mix of guests. The place to stay when you can.

The hostel advertised that they do not have a laundry facility. That's OK. However, one could expect that they would have ropes for those who wish to wash their laundry themselves. I needed special permission from the management to use the house's ropes, and that's too difficult, too much. Other hostels make money from laundry facility, so what's the problem? The location is so so, and that cannot be changed. I thank the staff for organizing and booking trips and events.

Bring your laundry early, they have a slow cycle. Coffe is great, very strong. Slow and intermitant WiFi. Enjoy the parties.

Limited WiFi. Rude cashier lady in the dining room, I never had to argue because of a little bread in my life. Mice in public area (a known problem). The cleaner man entered my room without knocking on the door. Was this really the cleaner?

Nice and honest staff, standard breakfast, very good Wi Fi, nearby many inexpensive restaurants and grocery, near Metro, directions somewhat confusing, everything is simple.

Nice staff, but they are not much familiar with public transportation. WiFi very slow and disconnecting in the room. The public areas are too spacious, there is no snuggle room. Excellent breakfast, yet you have to wash dishes before and after you eat... My room was facing the street with excellent AC, so there was no noise from the street at all. Beer was expensive, buy in nearby stores. The free tour is a good way to start seeing old Jerusalem. I consider it a place to return to.

The best WiFi in S. America. Helpful staff, very good in English. . Many bathrooms and showers, some of them need maintenance. Jazz party included. Free filtered water. Great location with many restaurants and clubs. The right place to rest at the end of the day.

Yangshuo Outside Inn, Yangshuo, China

The hostel is located in heaven, among Karst formations. Nadine helped us to find trips and events. European management rules here. Food is great. Note that every time you exit the hostel it costs at least 50 RMB RT in transportation. Do not rely on the natives for directions. Do not go to Old Yangshuo: I was offered 46 times in one hour to buy something. Do not bother to go to the water cave.

If you like to get drunk and vomit on the floor together with others in shared bathrooms, then this is the place for you. The main public area is actually a pub and people who are not guests flock the hostel. Not good for security. Also the dorm area is very noisy. Due to their ingenuity, our laundry got splashed in the rain and we had to travel with 10Kg of wet laundry. I had to ask them again and again to fix the computers; and this is not a free service! The front desk is over crowded.

The building of the deluxe rooms is located three blocks from the headquarters, yet we had good Internet service. Fancy breakfasts. Amazing location - just a few minutes from the heart of the old city yet very quite location. Mama rules! do not argue with a Naxi Mama! She is always right! Mama is also very noisy and loud! If you do not understand her first 4 words, seek answer somewhere else. She booked us a good trip, but not as expected. In general, a good place.

It may get crowded at the front desk. Sim orgenized a great trip for us. Rooms have strong AC! Good water pressure! Music too loud at the dining room. The staff is proffesional and helpful. You can call then from anywhere to get help. Sim is charming. A great place to stay at!

Very good hostel. Nina is very helpfull, as well as the rest of the staff. Located in the restaurants street, which close very late at night (unlike the rest of Beijing). English is spoken fluently. They helped me to carry my luggage and refused to take tip. Rooms are large and well air conditioned. Thank you Nina.

The hostel makes false promises Ecological Expeditions, in farm Santa Clara: There is no electricity at night; The ratio between guides and tourists is worse than promised. They hardly describe relations between animals and the environment; At night, no English speaking guide was available in the living area; They promised free drinking water. The only tap with potable water was outside and did not work at nite; After payment was made, they asked for more money. Find better deals @ bus station.

Breakast at Lao served 7 till 12: At least 2 kinds of fresh pastries, fresh breads, homemade jams, fruit, good coffee, a variety of teas, fuit juice and biscuits. We even have a toaster! Short of putting out the smoked salmon we think this is as good as it can get!
