Our experience of staying at here was positive, but also somewhat mixed. The rooms are very nice and spacy; wonderful to wake up watching the ducks outside the window. This boat could improve a lot if it gets cleaned up. It's not really ok to pay this high a price per night when you need to do the dishes after the owners son's improvised party in the night, remove a forest of hair from the shower drain for the water to get through etc. I worked at a hostel myself. I felt like I was at work again

great location. far from cosy, felt a bit like being inside a ferry. someone had been smoking in my room. the bunk beds with an extra bed kind of squeezed in the middle were inconvenient since the step to get to upper bed was practically on the pillow of the middle bed (occupied by a sleeping person's head) and thus very intimidating. tolerable hostel, but not recommendable.
located in a really cool area of glasgow, this hoson one hand provided us everything we could dream of: an ensuite room for a very cheap price, a free breakfast and internet access, clean towels, privacy and rest. on the other hand you shouldn't go here if you are picky; the toilets had flushing troubles, the shower was cold, the kitchen badly equipped, humid and smelly, and the hostel in general far from the cleanest place on earth. nevertheless, this hostel has my sincere recommendations.
really nice hostel! good atmosphere, though some problems with noise. difficult to relax in the otherwise really cool chillout area since the volume from the television and the music player seemed to be in a constant volume battle. stayed in two different rooms, the first (206) had a serious ventilation problem, the other room was perfect. definately a recomendable hostel

Beautiful view from a perfect living room. The staff is extremely effective and helpfull. The place has a good atmosphere, though sometimes seems on the border to beeing a little to big to really get in touch with other travellers. All in all a very comfortable experience and definately recommendable!
Got a very nice welcome, even a free welcome beer, in this beautiful and cosy, very colorful and artistic small hostel. The athmosphere here is brilliant, a good place too meet other travellers and very hospitable staff. The location is perfect, since San Telmo and Boca are (from what I've seen) the most interesting neighboorhoods if you want to stay in the city center. Also quite a good breakfast:) Definately recommendable!
Stayed for four nights. Great location just behind Tacheles! The bathrooms where very clean. Not the best security, but no problems, so I guess there's nothing to be afraid of. Good atmosphere and cosy common room. The linen and madrass in my bed had some quite suspicious spots and I got bites from fleas after sleeping (bed in the center beneath the big windows in room 16)My friends didn't have the same problems.
We loved Colors Hostel! This is the perfect hostel if you wanna have a great time: the staff is great (and drunk, read: Sean), helpfull (Noémi) and serving pálinka whenever you\'re looking happy or sad (everyone), it\'s small and cosy and full of lovely jolly people, the kitchen is great and the breakfeast rich compared to many other places, the location is perfect, the weather was great, the staircase lovely for a smoke. We stayed for almost a week and LOVED IT! The cleaning isn\'t the best neither the worst you could see. The security was high while everybody had a big personal locker beside their bed. WE WILL RETURN!
