super great hostel. Knows what backpackers need. I told them the drain was clogged...they fixed it the same day. I even saw them cleaning the fans! just saying it's really clean. own powersocket, and light, comfi bed, big lockers. Great location, far away from traffic, but close enough for party or transport. staff is great, small free breakfast...Just perfect. Would definately stay again

great hostel, just an awful location. Far from the beach and centre, although you can get there quite easily and cheap. Close to some shops and restaurants, just expect everything in Russian or German. Either make sure you know where you're going, or have directions in Thai, because taxidrivers don't know how to read the address. The hostel itself is nice and clean, friendly staff. only 1 hot shower, but alright for me since there weren't many people.

Perfect place to stay. Close to lots of things, has a couple of tuktuk drivers in front that ask decent prices. Also has bustickets, not the cheapest, but as Robert will tell you, they are reliable. Robert will help you with any information about everything wether you want it or not Went back there after SHV, cause it has comfi beds, good showers, good wifi, good location

Very nice staff, help you with anything. The rooms were quite spacious, and clean, beds comfi and clean. Did not like the bathrooms too much, were a bit small, and seemed a bit dodgy, but it was ok for couple of nights Location is awesome, you can walk to all the good places in town and close to the busstation and metro.

such a nice place, went back there, and would go again when in Kuta. I liked that it was not in the centre, the staff is awesome and superfriendly. the beds are a bit hard, and there are few showers, but did not find it in any way an inconvenience. The temple tour was great and they offer entertainment for certain nights, so you'll definately get to know lots of people

When I got there I had to wait a very long time to check in, but I heard that usually someone will be there within 10 minutes, so I guess just bad luck. the rooms are crowded, could do with one bedbunk less, but beds are comfi. the batrooms are ok, location couldn't be more perfect and tv with loads of movies, while sitting in the massage chair is pretty nice after long day of sightseeing.

Great place, lots of space, rooms are really big, and they haven't put too many beds in them. great atmosphere, location is good. wifi decent.Found it a bit strange that a guy started cleaning the bathrooms at 10 at night, since that is when a lot of girls have their showers, so bit inappropriate. But would def stay here again!

Big hostel with lots of long termers, that can make you feel a bit lonely, but if you have a room with some short time stayers you're good. The hostels smells pretty mouldy and the cleaning is really nothing more then vacuuming where they have visible floor and a bit of spraying in the bathroom. That's not cleaning! The kitchen is pretty good, lots of stoves, but loud music is not always preferable when eating dinner

I had to stay next door, due to overbooking, they arranged that perfectly, so that was great. They said is was pretty much just like their hostel, in that case my review is for them as well. Didn't like it that much, pretty old building, not very clean...

great place, great having a free diner!! only thing was the bar was playing very loud music, so not only could I hear it (eventhough i was wearing earplugs) I could also feel the beat! When I went down to reception to finaly ask them to turn in down it still took about an hour. at 1 am this is not very cool. next night wasn't as bad..but you just don't know in advance.

Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay here. I'm really sorry that the music from the bar disturbed you and I'm also sorry that it wasn't turned down straight away when you asked. The guys are usually pretty good at keeping an eye on it but it can be difficult sometimes on a busy night. I will have a chat with them as well as our evening/night reception staff to make sure everyone is checking the noise levels and keeping on top of this.

The hostel´s location is the reason why they come to visit us! You can access the village walking through the old road wich is like an hour walking distance, But there are several buses during the day, also you can go with bikes and taxi. You can buy eat at the hostels resto bar or you can walk 10 blcks to a convenience store. Hope you come and enjoy the Andes at its best!!!

I loved staying at this place, mostly because of the staff, all of the guys are so incredibly nice and helpfull. The building itself is not bad, but it is build in a way that when people are having a drink in the evening and they are loud, it just very difficult to get some rest. Also the rooms need some updating. the bathroom was pretty good, loved the shower! wifi was good in the reception. I got stuck in BA due to the strike, but I did not mind staying at TDS a little longer, had lots of fun!

You have to pay to have a hot shower and to use the kitchen....ow and also pay for toiletpaper apperently...I didn't pay for it, so I don't know who pays and who doesn't have to, but it's just all very dodgy. the reception area was really dark, lots of mosquitos, but only place for wifi....

This place is horrible. Matresses have been slept in so many times, that I could feel the bothem. The pillows are lumpy, and I had bed bugs. It seems like the staff doesn't want you there, not very helpfull and things like using the kitchen only after 14.00, no extra blankets. The bread for breakfast was so dry, you had to dip it into your tea to be able to eat it. showers are a joke, like standing under a waterhose.
