Great hostel! Many social activities, so excellent for people traveling alone, met nice people. Also free food night, which was awesome! And then, my god! The breakfast! Eggs, pancakes,... The rooms were superclean, bathrooms cleaned several times a day. And the location is just perfect. The perfect hostel, one of the best I have been to in the world! Also nice detail: everyone gets a large locker underneath their bed, which is large enough to store all your luggage, so it felt really very safe.

It was quite a walk from the city center (15 mins?), but then also very peaceful and calm. They had really good and cheap breakfast. The have bicycles for rent, and we had a magnificent ride through the Li-valley. Also, the first night, my friends went out on foot, but I had hurt my ankle. At first I wouldn't join them, but the hostel was so kind to give me the bicycle for free, so I could still go. So nice. The staff was super helpful with anything we wanted to know. Would recommend!

Best hostel in my China-trip. The staff was amazingly helpful. There was a very nice common room. We participated in the free dumpling course. It was so cool, and moreover you get free food. GREAT! We arrived really late at night, but the staff helped us booking a trip to the rice terraces the NEXT MORNING! Also, the food they sell is amazingly cheap and SO good! Same for drinks and the room, supercheap and wonderful! Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Nice hostel. We were in a room on the other side of the street. Calm during the night, close to many restaurants. Bathrooms were SUPERclean, I guess they cleaned them every hour or so, there was always someone cleaning. Also a good system to keep your clothes from getting wet in the shower (something I hate :) ). The staff helped us enormously with booking nighttrains. So nice. Only sad thing was the price for the food. The breakfast was superexpensive and was really not enough...

I booked the cheapest hostel I could find, because I didn't even spend the night (flight layover). After a horrible flight, I arrived, and was happy I could find a bed with clean sheets to take a quick nap and a shower. However, the bathrooms are a bit filthy and there is no privacy at all. The shower is just a shower cell (where you can not put your clothes etc.) in a bathroom that was open for everyone. On the other hand, the requested proof for visa went smooth and it was supercheap...

It's hard to find negatives about this hostel. We stayed here for 4 nights and even came back for another night. Ideally located in the modern part of city: market, bars, restaurants and shops. Staff was excellent and professional. Common room and atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. The hostel really makes an effort to get people together. Rooms are almost a mini-studio, only minor thing is that they are not that isolated. Breakfast was good. It might be pricey (for a hostel), but worth it.

Bedouin Garden is a nice place to chill out, rest for a while, do some snorkeling, sit around the pool etc. Because of the distance to the city, don't expect bars or restaurants in the vicinity. The food there was good enough and not that expensive, so a reasonable alternative. Staff was not that friendly or atleast did not really show genuine interest or sympathy. For us it was a nice stopover during our trip through Jordan, but we would not stay there for more than 2-3 days.

We could not have stayed at a better place, especially for this price! It's hard to find a weak point of this hotel. Some might say the location, but we liked that it was in the middle of everything you need at wadi musa (shops, restaurants, shisha-café's, etc). There was attention paid to decorating the rooms and hallways and everything was very clean. The packed lunch is highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again and recommend Saba'a Hotel to anyone going to Petra.

Able to get in in the middle of the night. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they arrange a lot of tours and can help you book a car etc (which we did and was a succes). There does seem to be a lack of maintenance, as our toilet was clogged, other toilets were clogged aswell and there was a lot of fungus in our bathroom. With more care and some renovation, this hostel would be so much better. Breakfast was nice, you get tea whenever you want, perfect location in old city. Price is good too.

This new hostel has to be seen as a place where people stay to climb Mt Fuji or people who want to visit the lakes.Staff were very helpfull and knew a lot about climbing the mountain. The hostel is 5 min trainride away from Fujiyoshida where you can take bus to the 5th stage of Fuji mountain. We climbed at night and did not sleep in the hostel the second night but were still very welcome and able to take a shower. The perfect hostel for Fuji-climbers! Highly recommended!

We only stayed a short night in this hostel and we feel we haven't quite enjoyed this hostel to the fullest. The hostel has a really cosy and tradiotional atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was a free concert going on that night and there is a bar/restaurant IN the hostel. Great. Location is OK, near subway. Room was tatami room and had a nice feel. Everything was clean and security seemed ok.

Backpackers Miyajima

We read the raving positive comments about this hostel, so we could not go wrong with this one. On our first day we did not really get what all the fuzz was about. Until there was a BBQ (by excellent cook Yoshi) right outside and the whole place came alive. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Location could not be better for Miyayima, for Hiroshima its about half an hour travel though. The place could use a bit more decoration and comfort. But rest assured, this is a good hostel!

More a hotel than a hostel, you get excellent value for your money. Stayed in a twin room. Very clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathroom, tv, fridge and airco. Location seemed a bit far at first, but we loved the neighbourhood around the hotel, it had a genuine rough city feel. It's very close to subway and JR Loop line. Do not expect a cosy, hostel atmosphere though. We would stay here again if we visited Osaka.

Lucky to stay here for three nights. We really enjoyed this hostel. Everything was extremely clean. The rooms were nice. Staff was very helpful and had a very personal approach, knew the area very well to give some nice tips. The hostel is very safe. 10 min walk to Kyoto station but bus/metro needed for sights. Very cheap rental bikes, try them! Last night we even got a projector and movie screen from the staff and we projected a movie for some 10 people in common room. Excellent. Recommended!

Stayed here after 36 hours of travelling and no sleep. Just what we needed: a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Is more a business hotel than hostel so don't expect to meet other travellers and certainly no parties. Room was very clean, with all the perks you would get a hotel but very small. We did not really care about the size, but people wanting to stay here for several days and unpack, could get into trouble. :) Free breakfast was nice touch! Toast, some pastries, jam, tea and coffee.

Thank you very much for staying with us. We always wish all guests to enjoy our breakfast with bread made in Sapporo which we are proud to offer! We are also glad to hear that you found out the room was clean. That's exactly what we are so careful about. We know our room is kind of small. We will take out the table and chair if you would like to make some more room. Thank you for you comment and hope to see you again!
