I have stayed in plenty of Hostels but this has to be the most cramped one out there. Bunk beds seem to be haphazardly squished into rooms; if a room is only big enough for 6 beds, there were 9 crammed in there.. The worst part was that some of the basement dorm rooms are very close to the smokers area so they constantly stank of cigarettes!! Would never stay there again.

a great place to stay right in the middle of Hollywood! great games room & really friendly staff. although the front door needs sanding back as it doesn't latch & is rarely locked. still a great base to check out hollywood & universal studios (only 1 metro stop away!)

the hostel is still walkable from downtown (about 20-25mins) but becomes very dodgy very quickly. doors into some rooms and bathrooms can be very hard to lock leaving dorm rooms almost always unlocked. we had just got off an overnight bus & just wanted to drop our bags at 8am we were not made to feel welcome by the man we seemed to have just woken up & were told to leave bags in the office waiting room in easy access of anybody coming or going. beds were dirty and we only received clean sheets after 2 days.

friendly staff and good facilities: washing, kitchen, internet and free tea & coffee but location (poor bus service) and security were the biggest concerns, having a curtain instead of a door and having to re-lock the main door as you leave the hostel (this door is usually unlocked anyway) is very poor. only hostel in town, not much choice unfortunatly

Definetly recommend this little gem to anyone! for the location, free breakfast, free internet & facilities this was 11 euro well spent! although the free irish dancing lessons were a bit of a non event...

This is definetly one of the better hostels around but its a metro ride from everywhere especially after midnight, thats one long bus ride! very nice common area and the staff were really helpful. but paying extra for the breakfast is questionable when theres so many caffe bars in the area

Small compact hostel right where you need it...in the center! 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. i stayed at the much larger HI hostel as well but i recommend this one for sure! It was a large dorm room & there was no breakfast but the price, atmosphere & location make up for that!

Staff were extreamly helpful & went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hostel was a bit of a walk from the town center but the free internet easily made up for that
