CabanaCopa Hostel

This is a good hostel for Brazilian standards, but rather unclean and improvised at specific areas such as the external room and its bathrooms. I would stay there again because it's in a good location, the atmosphere were nice, staff were good and I don't mind sleeping in a external improvised room. One thing was very annoying was the plastic bag around the mattress. This is stupid since it makes the bed hotter and also makes noise during the night. There was air cond. at the room though.

This is not a hostel. Not yet. But, I can understand that its not cheap to build a nice infrastructure and I was impressed by the modern, new and clean room and bathroom. The location is awesome, just a few steps from the main square. The need to checkin in another hostel is not a big deal, just pay attention to the right address. Only problem is the complete lack of staff to help you if you need. In a few words: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep and nothing else, go for it.

So far, the best way to really feel in a British establishment. Nice big house with parties downstairs and good isolated rooms. Clean and friendly staff, just make sure about the location if not using any mobile device, I got lost for 30 min before reaching the hostel.

Greeeeeeeeeeeat! One complain: there is no breakfast. The one I found were served by a rude fellow that charged me some pounds. But, you have supermarket nearby and a good kitchen.

If you want to feel like in Australia, this is the place! The hostel's character has nothing to do with the city, the staff are not french, but they do threat you as they were from Paris. It is pricey for the location, you won't be able to go out and get back without a taxi after the metro is closed. As I had no locker (my fault), I got stoled and lost some papers and money. Just think well before choosing this one just because it's top rated. Place de la Republique is the best place for transport and night

Good hostel, but the breakfast ends really early, no free internet and somehow the bar staff did a mess with a drunked guy that could have been just asked and not expulsed. The location is not bad, rooms are clean enought.

Very good hostel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location, good price. Just the bathroom door is a funny problem (not exactly a door).

Very nice hostel, one of a kind! Everything works fine, and the only problem is that you have to buy all your drink and food, as you can not preparit in the hostel. Good in all other factors..
