I arrived at this hostel after getting off a night bus and was made to stand outside with all of my gear while the receptionist in his still drunken haze tried to find a key to open the gate. It is a noisy hostel (inside and outside noise) but in a good location.

Hey, thanks for your comment, we just wanted to let you know that the 14 bed dorm you mentioned is actually a 12 bed dorm, the lockers are only right outside the room and many guests dont even use them as our hostel is a very safe place they can also be too noisy for the other guests, we hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise. x

A great location central to everything. The staff can help you with booking everything! The is a distinct lack of plugs in the entire hostel. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm room which was not clean but that was more to do with the other people staying there than the cleaners trying to keep it clean.

Thankfully they offer a free pick-up from the bus station because I would never have found them otherwise. I booked under Encounters but ended up staying at Nomads (right next door apparently). However there was no visable sign for Encounters. Staff were friendly enough although the "tour desk" lady didnt know what she was talking about in terms of visas half the time. The best part about the place was its location.
