No wifi. No comfortable tv room. No cutlery, pans, plates or bowls. Great location near 2 tubes stops. You have to pay cash as no cards accepted which is very odd and suspicious. Also no wi-fi or nice chill out room gives this hostel a bad feeling and was so glad to have left after 2 nights. Stay in a nicer more expensive hostel. Do not stay here if you are a tourist or backpacker.

No Kitchen, no fridge and no TV in common room. It's a hotel with one room made into a dorm room. Good duvets but it's located far from town centre. If you are arriving from the Rail Station stay at the Globe Backpackers because it's near the sea and the Barbican.

Fit proper curtains that are not too small for the window. Swap the hinges on the door for the shower cubicle in the corner, so that the door (and the gap) are facing the other way.

Make sure all the rooms have curtains, I had to remove a quilt cover and hag in over a large open window. This will be very bad when you get awoken by sunlight at 5am in summer. Buy some (preferably thick) curtains!! Kitchen is excellent, as is the TV.

Replace the TV in the common room with an all in one digital TV with no set top box. Make the internet voucher free upon proof of your room key, to prove you have not walked in of the street. Free wi-fi is the default standard now, charging £1.50 for desktop internet access is sooo pre-2008. Move with the times.

No small personal lockers in the rooms. Non standard digital tv in dining area, that also doubles as a common room. Downstairs street facing rooms looked very noisy. Showers in desperate in need of renovation. No bathrooms with sinks, you have to use the sink in the room. But after that it was cosy on the third floor. Very limited cutlery in kitchen, despite having 4 x 4 job cookers and 4 ovens in the kitchen.
