One of the nicest hostels I've seen. Clean and quiet, no rowdy students drinking with mates until the wee hours. Well organized with allocated spaces for each room in the kitchen & bathroom, good cooking facilities. Quite far from the centre and station, but the bus service is great even at night. Owners very friendly and helpful. Word of advice: do NOT go to the Pam, it's the crappiest supermarket in the whole of Italy, go to Esselunga in the shopping center (same distance, opposite direction).
Plus: very near to the Central Station from where all the trams etc. go, very friendly and nice owners, good breakfast Minus: small size of the cabins (as expected on a boat) and beds (lengthwise), the ceiling was leaking a bit during the rain (on the floor, not on the bed) Conclusion: Giiven its good price for a private ensuite and central location, I would recommend it for a short stay to anyone in search of a modest accommodation
Way below standard. Good: location opposite the train station and friendly staff. The rooms are dilapidated and dirty, private room with shared bathroom is just a tiny box next to the kitchen with bed and no storage, hot as hell in summer. The private ensuite is spacious and quiet but not very clean. Stay one night if you arrive by train late at night. Stay longer if you are gap year traveller who wants to get trashed in the lounge with fellow travellers and try to pull the glamorous young staff
