Thank you one more time!!! I really enjoyed staying at your hostel and I´m usually quite critical! PS Only one tip maybe: you could put more chairs in the room.

It was impossible to sleep one night because there was a group of loud and drunk Irish teenagers screaming and banging on doors all night!! I´ve been to many hostels before, but never experienced anything like that!!! The staff should be prepared how to handle a situation like this and how to end such untolerable behaviour immediately!

Time for breakfast was too limited (only until 9am), although the stuff was quite understanding with the "late-eaters". It would have also be nice to have a kitchen where guests could cook by themselves. The common bathrooms were a scarry place to be, because the floor was totally wet already when you came in and because more water actually got on the floor than on your body!! You also had to wait for hot water to show up. And there was no soap (in rooms) or usually no soap (common bathrooms).

I didn´t have the impression the sheets were clean (lying in the closet with some hair on them), but at breakfast the staff was even too strict in regard to hygiene, because they threw away bread one girl just touched with her bare hands instead of picking it up with holder for bread. The Spanish guy who works at the reception is not only charmant but also very helpful and friendly!;) The rooms were really great (pretty and also nicely equipped) - I especially liked the bathroom part.

The breakfast was quite modest (always marmelade & toast), but the kitchen was very nice and also well equipped (so many spices!). The staff could be nicer, especially at the receptionist desk (they looked bored and not happy to be there). In the shower rooms it was quite dark. I really liked the common room where it was easy to meet new people. But sometimes turning the lights down at 10pm in the common room was too early and inconvenient for the ones who wanted to read. A lot of info leaflets!

I didn´t like the security system - having to leave the keys of the room and the locker(!) at the reception when you went out of the hostel. A couple of times the cleaning lady forgot the keys on a bed or on the bench in the hall. Also the locks on the doors were quite complicated - some people didn´t know how to use them. It would have been more useful if there were cards instead of keys. There could be more choice for breakfast - for example also some yoghurt, cheese or salami in addition.

It surprised me that the staff was from different countries. The building in which the hostel is situated is something special. The hostel is near the centre (5 minutes walk). They really have a lot of information, leaflets and advertisments (also discount cards) in the lobby and in the hall. Breakfast could be more diverse (you could only get coffee/tea, toast with marmelade and 3 kinds of muesli). Bathrooms could be cleaner. Overall, I liked staying in this hostel very much.

- it` s great that you have a possiblity to have meals in the hostel; berakfast was tasteful and you had a great choice what to eat; - the hostel is maybe a bit too big (it should not expand more!) and there is certainly a lack of staff at the reception; - the room had a bad smell and some lockers in it were broken and therefore unuseful; - it´s great the reception works 24 hours a day
