Perfect location. The place is only some rooms, there are not common areas apart from reception. However is a good place in HK. The size of the rooms, considering that is in HK, is good !

Excellent hostel!! Perfect location, nice common areas, good breakfast and wifi. I think that the price is very good for what you receive. Also the staff is lovely !! The girls are very very helpful and kind! The only con that I found is that the fan in the boys toilet is quite noisy!!

I have stayed in the Wing Lee Building (apparently the hostel has several branches). The room is very small (3 x 3 meters or something like that) but probably in HK all the cheap accomodation have the same problem. Altough the size the room has TV, toilet, safety box, AC and tea/coffee. Of course that the hostel is only 4 or 5 rooms and a very small reception, there are no common areas. The location is quite good, close to a metro station, shoppings, 7eleven and 10 minutes walking to the bay.

Sunflower Place Silom

Nice hostel located in Silom, 3 blocks away of Patpong Market. The place is very clean, room with TV, A/C, safety box, free Wifi, fridge with 2 free bottles of water every day. The staff is ok except one guy at night who doesn´t almost speak English, so is difficult to talk to him. I haven´t seen common areas so if you are a solo traveller it could be difficul to make friends. General tip: be aware of tuk tuks drivers, always refuse the first 2-3 offers. Better if you get a taxi with meter

Small hostel with only 5-6 rooms I think. Nice kitchen with free breakfast every morning. The room is basic but you have A/C, fan and a closet. The staff is helpful but is not always in the reception, including times when they should stay there. I expected a better location before my staying. You have to take a 30-40 min bus to go to the Marina, flyer and other interesting places. Also no cheap restaurants around, just a 7 eleven. The airport is close, just a 15 minutes bus and a short walk.

Very nice hostel, perfect location close to everything. Amazing swimming pool with a bar at the side for drinks and meals. The free airport pick up is a plus. Perfect place to stay!! The only thing to note is that the staff keeps your passport for your whole stay until you do the check out. This is in order to ensure that you pay the bill (accomodation plus drinks/meals in the hostel bar) but they are nobody to do that... Also you can only eat and drink the food that you buy in the hostel bar.

Ver very basic hostel, the toilet is very small (in double room) and room is nothing special. No safety box or locker in the room. For long stays the hostel could be uncomfortable. The location is excellent, close to chinatown and metro/bus station. Breakfast and wifi ok. Credit card is not accepted. Not all the staff was friendly.

The hotel is good but no cheap, as all in Dubai is expensive... There is a metro station 3 blocks away so you can reach the attractions easily. The room has tv, safety box, big bed, fridge and perfect wifi connection. Also there is a swimming pool at the top of the building. The staff was quite rude.

Rio Guesthouse

St Lawrence Gap, Barbados

When I arrived to the hostel they told me that the place was "over booked". They took me to another guesthouse just 2 blocks away for the first night. Later I spent the other 2 nights in the hostel in a room better than the one that I had booked (double and with private bathroom) at the same price of course. The hostel is nothing special, the location is quite good (very close to the beach and several restaurants and bars), wifi, nice kitchen. The cons are the other common areas and the staff .

CabanaCopa Hostel

The hostel is well located if you want to stay in Copacabana. In adition, the breakfast is ok and the building is nice. In the cons: the 10 people dorm is quite uncomfortable, wi-fi does not work properly, you have to bring your own padlock for the locker (the notice says 12 BRL but I had to pay 12..). I think is a good place for just 2 or 3 nights. Tip: if you arrive by taxi, give to the driver the address plus some references as the street is very unkown in Copacabana.

Very nice hostel, well located and the staff was very helpful always. Breakfast and wi-fi included. Good kitchen and common areas. The only thing was that we booked a double private room that is located near the reception and at the front of the property. So, the room was noisy because of the traffic of the street and the people who stayed at the reception. The room has double window in order to avoid the noise of the street but anyway there is a lot of noise bacause of the traffic.

Good location, just 5 minutes on foot to the beach and close to the airport (5 minutes by taxi). The private room was very nice: toilet with shower, TV and AC included. The hostel looked very quiet except for the loud music of the neighbors. Everything was very clean. Andrew (the owner of the hostel) was very kind and helpul. Wifi is not included and you have to pay 5 USD extra for each day. In my opinion this service should be included in the fare, as almost all the people would use internet

Basic hostel, nothing special. I expected more before my arrival... The location is quite good, very close to the train station and 20 minutes walking to the Coliseum and other main attractions. The room was ok but no lockers available. Bunk beds in the dorm. Breakfast included and excellent wifi. I think that if you are looking to a place to stay 2 or 3 nights in Rome the hostel is a good choice.

Excellent hostel: very good location (50 meters to the Dome and 5-10 minutes to the train station), nice rooms; lockers, towels, wifi, sheets, free computers, and breakfast included. Toilets and kitchen very clean. Also the hostel give some food and wine at 6.30 pm and that is excellent to meet the other people. The hostel does not charge you the city tax for tourist but you can´t pay less than 150 euro with credit card. The only thing that I suggest is to use keys in the rooms, now are open!

Residenza Santa Croce

Venice, Italy
57%

As the name states ("Residenza") the place is not a hostel. It is just a room with a toilet with shower. Ok if you are going to stay a couple of nights. In the room you have some snacks and coffee. The location is quite good: you have to check in an office located very close to the train station. After that they explain you how to get the place. The place is very easy to find (20 min from train stations) and is close to everything. I suggest that someone of the staff should be in the building!!

Nice hostel, located just 5 minutes to the train station and 10-15 minutes to the old town. Good beds, lockers and towels included. Big common area with excellent wifi connection. Good Breakfast included (cereals, bread, cheese, etc). I have not used but the hostel give you when you arrive a transport pass to travel for free in the city during your stay. The staff is also very kind and help in everything that you need.

Very good hostel. Big room and nice beds, lockers in the room, towels included, all very clean. Also computers, ping pong and pool and excellent common areas. Also breakfast included and the location is fine (10 min walk to the main square). As it is big hostel, is not an easy place for solo travelers to meet other people.

Very nice location, in the hearth of Montremarte and with a metro station very close. Location and nice breakfast are the only good things about the hostel. The rooms are small, you have to pay if you want an extra sheet, the cleanliness is not good enough and the common area is also small. At nigh in the common area usually you have to sit down in the floor. Wifi ok In addition, the "cool guy" at the front door in the afternoon did the check in process very slow without a reason and he was rude

Very good location, just 2 blocks away from Train station that is great if you want to do day trips to Monaco, Cannes, etc. The room was small with 3 bunks beds (6 people in total), there was a toilet with shower inside the room. No lockers in the room, just a boxes under the beds. Wifi Internet worked really bad! The room is cleaned every day in the afternoon and a towel is given for free. The common areas are not nice, it obviously because is a hotel transformed in a hostel!

Very good location, just 1 block away from train station. The area of the train station is not very nice but is ok for 1 or 2 nights. The room has not lockers to save your valuables. Also when you go out you should leave the key in the reception. When you are back, you have to ask for the key at the front door but the girl just ask the room number and gives the key. I think that is not very secure! There is a nice common area (indoor and outdoor) and kitchen.
