Stayed in private room - clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hostel - very quiet, friendly and with staff who are helpful and personable. Will stay here when I'm next in Bucharest.

Great value for money. Some of the cheapest beds in Singapore, and worth the half hour ride on the metro from the centre to get to them (the metro is cheap and the hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood). However, the place has no character (to be expected to be fair) and the other people in the flat are fairly obnoxious. The owner, when we saw him briefly, was a very pleasant and friendly chap.

i guess your feedback is fair in a way... we offer a simple room with some basic services (free local call, free internet access and free use of the washing machine) and thats it... no party no bear hug and no horsing moments! totally no character or this is actually our character... peaceful, simple in a non-confrontational and zen way of living :)

This place is excellent. The rooms are a decent size, and close to the heart of the city. The owners were really helpful and really friendly - helping me out with bus times, etc. The showers are bonus too - after getting use to trickles of tepid water, a power shower which gets really hot was refreshing. Overall an excellent budget choice.

Green Mango Inn, Manila, Philippines
8.0

This place is great. The staff bend over backwards to help you out, the 24hr manned entrance is reassuring and the rooms are decent. Be aware this inn is a good distance from Manila\'s centre (it took us near to 2 hrs to get there in rush hour and there\'s no direct transport link to the centre). However, getting to the centre and back is cheap and fun and an experience in itself!

Thanks so much to our British guests for describing Green Mango Inn as "great" and for telling others our staff "bend over backwards to help". Indeed, our young staff led by Reizele and Elena are friendly and hope to give you personalized service. We are not just unique as Metro Manila's only garden-style international inn and hostel, not only nearest the airports and affordable, our young English-speaking staff offer you sincere good service. Also, you guests can call the young owner 24-hours any day, to ask any questions about Metro Manila, the Philippines, Asia or for any assistance. We at Green Mango Inn are here for service to you guests and travellers of the world. Try our hospitality and enjoy good rest! There's public transport of all kinds, if no traffic jam, travel to different parts of the metropolis is easy. However, traffic jams cause delays, which can be great fun too as our England guests expressed here. Thanks to our British guests from England, and all other European and North American guests for making Green Mango Inn into a fun, exciting, cool and vibrant place. We treasure your visits and your stories while drinking cvold beer under the mango and coconut trees of our garden areas. Hope to see you again here, pleaswe come again. Warmest best wishes Cheers! A zillion thanks!

This hostel is ok, not as good as it might make it self out to be. For instance even though its got \'cool\' graffiti and English speaking staff, the toilets don\'t have any toilet paper and there are no self-catering facilities (there food is pricey). Not a bad hostel at all, just not the gem we it is hyped as.

Zirka Hotel, Odessa, Ukraine

Fine little budget hotel for a cheap nights sleep in expensive Odessa. A long way from anywhere though (30 - 40 mins train station, an hour or more for the nearest beach). It is a GOOD hotel, not great and it does lie in the description on Hostelworld. IT DOES NOT HAVE WI-FI IN THE ROOMS, only in the diddly reception/ lobby area.
