Abraham Hostel Jerusalem

Jerusalem, Israel

Probably the best kitted out hostel on my trip. Everything you need in the hostel with a really nice terrace and common room. The dorm was fine with an en suite shower in each room. Cant really complain.

Hagallile Hostel

Tiberias, Israel

Cant really comment on this palce, I arrived and there was noone there, waited around for about half and hour and tried ringing a few numbers to no avail. Moved to the Aviv Hostel down the road which was nice.

Bethlehem Youth Hostel

Bethlehem, Israel

Everything you would expect from a youth hostel, simple and not a lot else. Considering this, there was a lot of interesting info on the wall and the occupation. Good location for visiting bethlehem and surrounding area.

Jordan Tower Hostel

Amman, Jordan

Nice hostel in a great location. Staff were useful in sorting out day trips and no problems at all.

The Bedouin Meditation Camp

wadi Rum, Jordan

Really a special experience. Included the 4x4 tour in with the camp and was all very well priced. The camp itself was in a great location with plenty to see of the desert around the camp, nice evening of food put on with a great bunch of people. The family that run the camp really make it a great experience for you.

Very simple and not a lot else, Dont know if I went at a quiet time of the year but there was no one else there, considering this the staff were nice enough to talk to. Room was fine, bit shabby round the edges but after a long day walking Petra I wasnt too concerned.

Corinne Hostel

Eilat, Israel

Nice hostel, well situated in town. Staff were all friendly and the rooms were just what was needed after a hot day on the beach. No complaints

Akkogate Guest Hostel

Akko, Israel

Really nice hostel, well situated in the Old Town. Walid and his son are wonderful, and had a lot of fun trying to help him set up the wifi in the hostel. Very friendly bunch and very keen to help out. Dorms and simple but all you need for a couple of days in Acre.

Port Inn

Haifa, Israel

Really nicely done hostel with a very nice garden to sit out in, the staff were very friendly and keen to help out if needed and a great base to explore Haifa.

Nice atmosphere, met a load of fellow travellers here which was nice. Rooms were pretty dirty and really no security for any items you might want to keep safe. Fine for the one night.

Hello Jonathan It is regretful that you mention that rooms were pretty dirty. We clean every day at least twice a day, the problem is that the guests themselves do'nt respect cleanliness, when you choose to be in a dorm of 10 persons you can't expect the dorm to be shiny. As for security you should have asked for a locker if you wanted to lock valuable belongings. I it seems you are not quite familiar with hostels reality.

City Backpacker - Hostel Biber

Zurich, Switzerland

Clean, helpful, no problems. Lockers in room were a great help, stairs were not a problem.
