Extremely calm, clean and safe! A relief that Wombat‘s along the years hasn‘t dropped ita quality standards as other hostel chains did!
Thank you for an amazing review! We love reading that our guests had a fun and comfortable experience in our hostel. This is what we aim for, so thank you for letting us know that we are doing a good job :) we look forward to welcoming you again in the future! 😊 Best wishes, your WomTeam

The staff was very friendly by the check-in. The room access is through key card. To use the elevator the key card is necessary, for the stairs not, I assume it‘s due to the firefighters way. The lockers in the rooms need a padlock in a size that is not easy to find in the surroundings. The reception sells those, but they were sold out. I was in a shared 4-bed-room, no one had a padlock, but it worked fine. The bathroom inside the room is a PLUS!

The hostel is very close to the subway station Vittorio Emmanuelle in the surrounds of the Termini station. This neighborhood is safe, it looks kind of dirty and creepy, though. There is a vast variety of small grocery stores nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed in a 4-bed-room with own bathroom, it was really comfortable and huge for only 4 beds. The access to the room is done through a card and there are big lockers under the bed. The bar has a nice atmosphere.
Hello, thanks for you review. I see, you enjoyed your time here! Our staff do the best day by day to make you fell at home during your vacation! You're right, our room are comfortable and you can store a lot of stuffs into the lockers! and ...the bar...I know, It's so cool! Hope you will visit us soon. Tania - Reception

The location is perfect. The room was small for 12 beds, but the bed curtains grant lots of privacy. For Copenhagen it was the cheapest option. The new lockers in the room are roomy (don't forget your padlock). The room doors have no key.

The B&B is located in a typical cozy italian appartment. Therefore it's very small and personal, it was really nice to have breakfast with Giovanni and get to know some details about the real italian society. The bathrooms are clean and WiFi works properly. There is a subway station and a supermarket a few meters away. Walking to the city center through the Corso Buenos Aires was really nice.

There are several complaints about the location, but it was definetely not a problem for me. Until the tram station is a 4 minutes walk and to downtown only 10 minutes ride. The fact that the lockers and the bathrooms are in the room is a big plus! The only inconvenience is that the WiFi doesn't work outside of the common area.
Thank you for the review :) Please be informed that we are currently working on the internet connection and eventually it should be working in every single room :)

It's definetely a hotel with the price of a hostel. The location is good, right between the central station and the old town. Right across the street are two supermarkts and many other types of stores. Friendly staff!

It's definetely a small hotel with the price of a hostel. Really cosy with typical spanish furniture. My room had a balcony with a nice view to the ocean and to the port. The staff is extremely friendly! I hope to be able to come back soon :)

At the apartment there is everything and a bit more of everything a tourist might need! The location is perfect. As a marketing strategy, I have only two suggestions: 1) Upload more pics of the apartment, it will definetely look more attrative for the bookers 2) Most of the tourists arrive in Budapest at Keleti Station. You should try to explain better how to get from there to the appartment with the public transportation.

It's a small hostel with a cosy social room and well-equiped kitchen. Perfect to get to know other people. The staff was the friendliest I've ever met =) The treatment was really personal!

It's not so large and definetely not a party hostel. Nevertheless, there was every night at 20h a free Sangria tasting, where you can warm-up to a party and get to know a lot of People. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and so are the rooms!
Thanks!! Good to have you here and good to know you met a lot of people from all around the world. Our night events are exactly for that! Make new friends!! See you next time in Lisbon. :-)

My room was really comfortable, only with 4 beds and no berth Banks! Every bed has a Switch and a lamp. Lockers inside of the room. Bathroom and kitchen are really clean! Friendly staff and very nice Location! The wooden stairs shine unbelievably well!

Positive points: - The most friendly staff ever! - Locker inside of the rooms Negative points: - WiFi reaches only the area around the reception - Toilets and shower outside of the rooms.

Friendly staff, nice location and very clean! WiFi only available at the lobby, works perfectly, though and missing sockets on the room. Not a party hostel!

Location is perfect, directly on Cologne's main street! It could be better explained, that the access is through the small door by Rewe. I had to call the reception to confirm the address, because on Hohe Straße 30 is actually a hotel and not the hostel! The lockers are inside the room and huge! I had no padlock and I could borrow one at the reception (with a refundable deposit of 10€). Rooms are really clean! Missing sockets on the rooms! Couldn't recharge my cell phone!
Thank you for your review! We will need to change the address, you are absolutely right. But next time you visit, you will know your way to us :) Best regards from Cologne
