Five Elements Hostel Leipzig

Leipzig, Germany

All in all, I had a great stay at the Five elements hostel. The beds are comfy, the rooms quite big, it's clean and you can borrow all that you wish for against a small deposit. The kitchen was well equipped. Also the staff was really nice and always helped me with any problem. However, it would be nice if they organized things like walking tours and pub crawls to meet other travellers and get to know Leipzig.

Pickled Tea Hostel

Yangon, Myanmar

Very friendly staff, best breakfast in Myanmar, cleanest hostel I've ever been to! Thank you for this pleasant stay!

Antwerp Student Hostel

Antwerp, Belgium

The beds were really comfy, though the room and the bathroom were tiny. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was really big and clean, so I guess that would be a good option if you stay for longer and don't want to go out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

McLays Guest House

Glasgow, Scotland

If it had been cheaper, it would have been ok. But for this price I would have expected something better. The furniture looked like it was from the flea market and it was really cold in the room. The staff was not as kind as you'd expect in Scotland (since Scots are very friendly people!). Also the common room did not invite you to stay longer in it or to meet people there...

Smart City Hostel by Safestay

Edinburgh, Scotland

For such a huge hostel it was definitely good. We had a big room with our own bathroom, there's a common room, where they offer activities every night, there's a kitchen and they have really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it, although perhaps not for solo travellers. We didn't make it to the pub crawl or the walking tour, but I'm sure that's great as well :-)

Feel Hostels City Center

Malaga, Spain

It's a great hostel - especially during the feria since it is very central! I really had a great time there and met fantastic people. Because of the feria it was a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth it. What I didn't like though, was that you have to pay extra for everything (e.g. leave your luggage for some hours on the day you leave!). But apart from that reaaally good!

Red Nest Hostel Valencia

Valencia, Spain

Really great hostel! My first room was a bit small, but besides that everything was perfect! Great staff, walking tours, pub crawls, common room where you can meet a lot of great people. Perfect for solo travellers. Best hostel I had in Spain.

Amistat Beach Hostel

Barcelona, Spain

The hostel is great for people who want to go to the beach in Barcelona a lot - you can walk there and it is not that touristy, but there are a lot of Spanish people. If you want to visit sights, another hostel would be more recommendable. There are pub crawls and the y offer dinner at a cheap price.

Las Musas Hostel

Madrid, Spain

The hostel was really good, has a nice common room and a big kitchen and a lot of activities were offered - like a guided tour everyday, which is really interesting, pub crawls and so on. What I didn't like was that you have to pay extra for the bedlinen and the lock of the safe, what they didn't indicate before. But apart from that I would recommend it! Location was also great because you can reach everything by foot.

Riad Massin

Marrakech, Morocco

Great hostel. Staff is very helpful, roof terrace good to meet people, free Shisha, nice room. The only thing is that we did not have hot water in our room but I think in the others there was...

Funky Granada

Granada, Spain

It´s a good place to meet new people since there´s a common room and they offer bar tours etc. However, the hostel was very cold in winter because there was an inner courtyard which was open (but in the rooms it was warm because they have heating). Location was good, staff very helpful and spoke really good English.

Funky Cordoba

Cordoba, Spain

The hostel has a good location and is okay for a night, but there needs to be some work done, like repairing the door of the shower or removing the mould from the walls. Otherwise, it's a nice hostel and offers cheap breakfast.

The terrace was a good place to meet people and the location was really great. But if you are looking for a flat and stay in room number one - the room directly next to the bar - it is hard to get up early in the morning. However, the staff is nice - join the Tapas tour!

City Hotel Mercator

Frankfurt, Germany

Very central. You can walk to Zeil and there are three subway stations very near. The room was nice and had comfortable beds.

Hostal Sol de Oro

Arequipa, Peru

Very nice terrace with view on volcanoes, very central (3 minutes to Plaza de Armas), friendly staff.

Urbany Hostel Barcelona

Barcelona, Spain

very modern hostel, free wifi, the room was a bit small for 4 persons but there is a common room where you can meet many people. It was really fun and I would recommend it to everyone!
