Strange about this hostel is that you have to pay for a city map and if you want to change your towel for a clean one. The worst was that there is no toilet paper on the toilet. You first have to get some toilet paper in the bathroom before you go to the toilet. A real strange system. Also the internet connection is terribble. And also the guy at the desk doesn't really seem to like helping guests. If they take a look at hostels outside China they can see how it's easy to make it a better hostel
Big hostel in a nice Guangzhou neighbourhood. Good description of how to get there. But they could clean/modernize the rooms more. Worst was the showen. The water was cold and you can't take a showen without making your toilet wet.
Small but goor hostel and really close to the Kyoto train station. And It's really good that the very friendly Amiko works there in the evenings.
Simply a good hostel. Fortunately they have an elevator. They cooperate with another hostel to organize parties, etc. But it's also the first hostel I had to pay for storing my luggage some hours after check-out time.
Actually the hostel is pretty good, if you look at location, cleanliness, bar and breakfast. Nevertheless the hostel has 2 big disadvantages: 1. It has the worst beds I have ever slept on. Totally not comfortable and they make much noise if you turn round. 2. The hostel is noisy for sleeping. Especially the room next to the showers and toilets.
Normal hostel at perfect location. But the price is relatively high, in particular for a city like Groningen.
Cheap hostel at a perfect location for travelling around Santorini. The pick-up service from the harbour is very useful. But the hostel could be more clean, beds more comfortable and the showers better.
Big high quality hostel at a perfect location. The roof top terrace is perfect. Because it's such a big hostel it sometimes lacks atmosphere. The hostel is also very clean. They clean your own bed daily.
I have stayed in better rooms with better beds before. But the atmosphere in the hostel was really good.
Good hostel. Only bad thing I remember myself is that the shower wasn't really warm.
A small but good hostel. The location is very close to the main train and bus station, but to the center it's a 15 minutes walk. It's just what you value the most.
Very good hostel. But when I arrived there they told me it was overbooked, because of a mistake with hostelworld (I already booked months before). I'll never know whether it was a scam to let me pay a bit more for a bit more expensive room, or whether it was a mistake of hostelworld. Anyway, I had a good time.
Good hostel with spacious rooms and nice bar. It's a bit of a walk to the center (15 minutes).
The hostel isn't very clean. And you always have to check whether there is toilet paper at the toilet. I have stayed in many better hostels.
small, but excellent hostel. The hostel is very clean and the staff very friendly.

There wasn't much going on in the hostel. But apart from that the hostel is perfect.
They don't have lockers, like every normal hostel should have. Apart from that it's a really cheap hostel. It's the best option in Antwerp to crash after a party night.
The staff sometimes seems to be rude. For instance they didn't allow other guests that arrived at 1.55 PM to wait inside for the check-in which is at 2 PM. On the other hand they also gave me free soup. In the hostel they don't have any computer you can use.
The hostel is for a hostel extremely expensive. Of course it's New York, but still. You even have to pay if you want to use a computer. Good thing about the hostel is that you can subscribe for activities. So it's a good hostel for solo travellers.
Good hostel, but really boost at night because the airconditioning never stops. So you really need earplugs if you wanna sleep. You also have to pay for using a computer.
Hostel is located really close to main bus and subway station.
Probably one of the better options in London. But the hostel defenitely needs more toilets and showers.
Simply a very good hostel.
Nothing special about this hostel. Little bit expensive for the quality.
Hostel next to the beach with a cool camping atmosphere. You do have to sleep in containers without lockers. And you have to walk outside to get to the toilet, which isn't fun when it's raining and at night. Drinks are rather expensive for a hostel.
Very small hostel. Most people use it for a short stop before taking an airplane. They don't offer the excursions outside the season. There was no staff at the reception when I arrived.
Miran is an excellent host. He does everything to make his guests feel comfortable in Mostar and tells a lot about his culture and city. The free pick-up is a great service. He also went with me to the hospital. Thanks Miran.

This is not a place for real backpackers, but more a place to stay for groups and families.

If you have lockers at the room you, would score so much better at security.

It's a very old hostel. Shower are cold and many stairs to get to your bedroom. Location is excellent.
The card system for opening the door of my dorm worked never properly during my 5 days stay in the hostel. Apart from that it was a normal hostel. Location is the best thing of his hostel.
Simply a good hostel. Only rooms are small and beds aren't that comfortable.
Friendly staff and location is OK. Disadvantages are that the hostel doesn't have security lockers and check-out time is 10 AM.
The low price is a big plus. They don't have security lockers. That's the most important disadvantage of this hostel.
Just a normal hostel. Not a hostel where it is very easy to meet other travellers.
It doesn't surprise me they win that many awards.
Simply a good hostel with all facilities in downtown Warsaw.
They don't organize anything. The female Lithuanian staff member was nice. The only smiling Lithuanian. In the future they should kick extremely drunk Finns out of the hostel.
Perfect hostel for meeting (Dutch) people. And Sabina is the best member of the staff!
Perfect hostel to meet people. A hostel with a sauna and jacuzzi, never seen that before.
Taking into account the low price, it's acceptable value for money.
Best hostel where I have ever stayed. Best place to meet backpackers in Budapest downtown. And the staff is really great. Every night they show you where to go for a party. Andi has a great hostel with a unique concept, but don't play a table football match against her. She kicks your ass.
Simply a good hostel in the center of Bratislava. Offers everything a traveller needs.
Good location and living room. Price maybe seems high, but includes free food (never seen this elsewhere) and free internet. Good place to stay for a party night in Utrecht. Maybe they need more showers and lockers.
