A nice, pleasant, charming hostel in the centre of Palermo. Room comfortable, although unable to get the heating working, as a little chilly in the evenings for early April. Free breakfast very nic, with some lovely croissants, and fresh coffee. Good to have kitchen facility available, to cook for yourself, and fridge to store items in. Lounge area nice, but could do with a couple of armchairs as well as the soda or even another sofa. Staff very helpful, on arrival, Luigi met me, & explained me.
Clean and comfortable hostel, in a nice location, situated just off of bus and tram routes into city centre. Nice kitchen facility with hot drinks 24hours, and free breakfast, and space to eat meals at a dining table. Bedrooms were ok, and could do with a few more facilities, like lockers/cupboards to store luggage securely, free towels provided would have been nice, bedside reading lights needed, aswell as hooks to hang coats, clothes up. Not enough bathrooms, toilets for the number of bedrooms.
Great hostel with lots of character and charm, and a very helpful and friendly landlady, who was always happy to help and give recommedations for things to do, sights to see, the best travel routes to and from the airport/bus station, etc. Very good free breakfast every day, with fresh coffee and fruit. Wi Fi kept cutting out a few times, but at least it was free. Room was lovely and comfortable, although could do with a wardrobe or more hooks to hang clothes up. Brilliant location in the heart.
Very disappointed with my stay at Nightcap, felt very let down when i arrivedat 5.30pm, to find the door was closed, and looked all locked up, tried the intercom on the door, but did not work. Went next door to a gift shop and arranged for owner to call Nightcap, and to eventually let me in. My room was not ready, and had to wait while the staff made up the room. Room was atrocious, staff seemed to lack good customer service skills. No atmosphere, bad patch of mould/mildew in shower broken step.
Lovely hostel, with plenty of charm and character. Great having the small kitchen, with facilities and provisions to make drinks and snacks with. Homemade pancakes and jam for breakfast was a real treat. Staff were very friendly and courteous, and willing to assist wherever they could. Dormitories/bedrooms were clean, comfortable and functional. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone about to visit Lithuania (a truly beautiful country). Stephen Brody, England, UK
Great hostel in the centre of Glasgow,10 mins walk from Buchannan Street Bus Station, and in a lovely row of nice Glaswegian buildings. Room modest, but comfortable & pleasant for a short weekend stay. Lovely old building, with a nice original staircase. Free Wi-Fi a great bonus. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast very good, especially range of cooked breakfast, smoked mackerel, Scottish KIppers & Haggis. Orange juice a little on watery side, be good to have a later finish time-10.00am
Turin is a great City. Open 011 is a pleasant and comfortable hostel. Disappointed with late check-in time of 3.30pm, could do with being 1.00pm or 2.00pm, especially with early flight times like i had, and you can freshen up, before exploring City. Location brilliant only 5 minutes from train station and bus routes. Rooms spacious, with great luggage storage, could do with having a key for bedside drawer cabinet. Breakfast very basic. Need to advertise on webpage the 10 Euros room deposit.
-Breakfast could be included! -Bar to be non-smoking -Hairdryers in the en-suite bathrooms would be a good thing! Very well run establishment! Keep up the good work!
