Keystone House Kings Cross

I chose this hostel because I was working at Finsbury Park for the weekend. The location is fantastic - 2 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and night bus stop around the corner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, it is also a very secure hostel having to use a fob to get through each door. I had a 16 bed dormitory which was fine, very clean lockers at the side of the bed and even a little kitchen with a kettle fridge sink and cupboard. Will definitely stay again!

The hostel was okay. Subway stop is only 3 blocks away. The Rooms aren't too bad, but there is no wifi in the rooms you have to sit in the courtyard where its still hard to pick up. You have to pay $5-$6 to leave your bags in storage otherwise they chuck them onto the street. Probably wouldn't stay there again as there are nicer places for less money.

The hotel is on of the cheapest and tbh you get what you pay for. It isn't one of the best but you get a private bathroom and clean sheets. The only thing I would point out is that the towels looked gross and like they hadn't been washed for weeks, but not a problem if you bring your own like we did anyway. The staff weren't overly polite but the tuk-tuk driver that worked for them was great and gave us lots of heartbreaking information on the killing fields.

A beautiful and clean guesthouse with the friendliest staff I've encountered so far. We stayed in the dorm room which was very clean with clean towels and beds remade everyday. There is WiFi but also fast computers downstairs which are ideal for uploading photo's when travelling. There is a boy that works there that was very friendly and helpful and even took us to see his family at the floating village and gave us lots of information about it. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Sivarin Guesthouse

The guesthouse is perfect. It is only a 5 minute walk to Khoasan Road so you are close to everything but can sleep easily at night. We had a double room with a shared bathroom which was very clean, and had free shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in it. The staff are very helpful and have maps to show you where to go. The free breakfast in a morning is delicious and if you want a cup of tea at night you can sneak next door for hot water. Very much recommend this guesthouse!!!
