Decent location, good restaurant next door, ok bed, good air con, spacious room, private bathroom and ok Internet fir African standards. Rooms were quite dirty, very old, terrible mould smell and one side of hotel is adjacent to a rubbish dump which burns trash all day. Very noisy at night - street noise. Good free breakfast and helpful staff

Walls in room were very dirty, bathroom needed a decent clean, bed very uncomfortable, prices on website outdated, not much around actual hostel, poor internet. A non smoking area would be very helpful, it was quite difficult for 2 non smokers to be anywhere outside, which was troublesome at meal times.

Good location and facilities, room was cramped and walls were filthy. The staff were not present on arrival - or ever, this was not stated anywhere, we were expected to call, this is a private flat not a hostel so don't expect a sign out the front. A helpful staff member at that hotel next door rang for us and someone arrived about10 mins later. Confirmation stated that breakfast is included - not true. Street a bit unsafe, transgendered prostitutes around. Got charged twice but staff fixed it

Nice room, quite small but had a comfy bed, private bathroom and air con, free breakfast and decent location. Wasn't a fan of the town itself and felt quite unsafe as a woman, even fully covered, however this riad was a nice get away from the town

This hostel was OK - our room was quite damp and mouldy, pretty old and in need of some paint etc. the riiad had a roof top which was quite nice and a good place to sit. One of the staff members Hassan was great, very friendly and incredibly helpful. The town itself is not worth visiting, it is promoted as a beach town however the beach is actually used as a garbage dump! So I wouldn't waste my time in visiting,

Horrible horrible horrible. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the rooms were disgustingly filthy, and the noise was unbelievable!!! Did not get one wink of sleep the two nights we were here, were supposed to stay again at the end of our trip but cancelled. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. There is so much beautiful accommodation in morocco - spend a couple more dollars and look elsewhere - this place is a dump!

We have been travelling for 5 months around the world and this was one of our worst stays. Dirty, noises, rude staff, no rules, terrible bed which was broken and falling apart, VERY uncomfortable. Hot hot hot rooms, sink in room was blocked. The met noisy accommodation I have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff If you like party atmosphere you may like it here, but if you ever want to sleep - don't bother Good location, close to metro and to old town - loved Valencia, hated this hostel

Fantastic location, the twin room was the budget option and literally a bunker and feels a bit like a jail cell. The staff are basically never at the site, you must call them prior to arrival or there will not be anyone there to meet you. The maid is often there but speaks no English and didn't even know what to do with guests who were arriving. The room had air cons which was really good, but only one small window so very dark, kettle in room and bunk beds which were pretty lumpy and old. TINY

The private room was Not part of the actual hotel site, it was in an apartment building, we had no contact with the staff, no security and no where to ask questions, the room was dirty with holes in the walls etc. we had a private bathroom, but the sink was blocked. There was air con which was good and the bed was OK. There was no fridge, kitchen facilities or Internet. We had to walk all the way to the main hotel to access Internet and when the owner saw us he turned it off. Location was good

Dirty: the room we booked was tolerable but the bathroom and kitchen was very bad, Facilities: the kitchen was not user friendly, there is no common area, there was no hand basin to wash your hands after using the toilet, the hot water was not consistant, Overall: there was a heavy stench of cat urine - the cats were lovely and friendly, but the urine smell was hard to bare as was the smell of cigarettes, the hostel was on the 5th floor which was a struggle, Very Far from public transport

Good location, and the hostel was good overall, however it was a bit small and cramped and there wasn't much privacy. there weren't many other options in the budget price range and this facility did offer decent accommodation for the price. internet worked well and the showers were warm - some of the time. no credit card option, toilet was shared and was in the same room as the shower which made it awkward at times
