Living Mad Hostel

Madrid, Spain

Good hostel. Clean, good value for money, helpful staff, and its location makes for a good base for exploring the city, with everything within short walking distance from the hostel. Seemed that the sister hostel Cat's was where the partying actually went on, so we often went there at night to meet people instead of this hostel, so I would suggest staying there if partying is your top priority. Rooms a bit small but overall, a safe, clean, hostel in a good location. Recommend!

Equity Point Marrakech

This hostel was truly incredible. Unbelievable value for money, the swimming pool was great to have after 50+ degree days in Marrakech. 24 hour reception/security was good, and free breakfast every morning, though mainly toast, juice, coffee, etc. was actually really delicious. Difficult to find at first but if you follow the directions EXACTLY as the hostel gives them you will have no problems! Definitely not a party hostel but perfect escape from the hectic Marrakech. Seriously recommend!

Sevilla Hostel One Centro

Seville, Spain

I only stayed for 2 nights, but they were great. Upon arrival I was explained everything I needed to know by an extremely helpful staff member, and it made it very easy to start exploring Seville. The tapas tour was wonderful, and a great experience. The hostel is in a beautiful building, and though the rooms are small, it was great to have an ensuite bathroom, clean. Whole place very secure so no worries about that. Not entirely a party hostel but a great base to explore the city! Recommend!

Great hostel, period. I stayed at a few other Oasis hostels in Spain and this was surely my favorite one. 24 hour reception is really great, helpful staff, beautiful building, clean facilities. The Street Art/Caves tour alone makes this hostel worth staying at, and I've since recommended it many times already. Large-sized dorm rooms with ensuite are awesome, very clean, perfect location in the incredible city of Granada. Booked 2 nights but stayed 4. Seriously recommend!

I stayed at both Oasis hostels in Malaga and Granada, and though this one in Malaga was good, I preferred the one in Granada. Oasis Malaga is definitely a party hostel, but the staff was very kind and helpful. Great base for exploring the city. Breakfast was not free but was very good. Id stay again!

Purple Nest Hostel Valencia

Valencia, Spain

Really enjoyed my stay here, great place to meet alot of people, especially if you are travelling solo. The hostel has character, and though the location is not the best, it's a short walk to everything, and it's still a good base for exploring Valencia. Nice friendly staff, clean, rooms a bit small but worth the money, I would stay again!

St Christopher's Barcelona

Best location in Barcelona, at the beginning of the Rambla and makes it a perfect base for exploring. Definitely a party hostel, and an incredibly fun one, too. Dorms are great with your own reading light, comfy bunk beds, lockers are perfect in the rooms, etc. Beautiful common areas to relax in, wi-fi worked perfectly. Awesome place to meet people if you are traveling solo! Would definitely recommend this place!

Tourist House Liberty

Florence, Italy

Tourist House Liberty is a standard Italian hostel. Though the place is filled with Italian charm/character, we were slightly disappointed: both the bathroom and the floor of the room were not the cleanest and could use an update. The location was good: Florence is a very walkeable city, but other hotels were better positioned. Note to others: do not sleep with the windows open as we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Overall, the people were very nice and the room was good for what we needed.

L'Hotel Particulier

Paris, France

A truly great hostel, more so a small but adorable hotel. The street the hotel is located on is alone worth the money, and the metro/train station is less than a five minute walk to the hotel, making it very easy to navigate Paris. Mr. Daniel was extremely welcoming and kind. The room was of course very small but was spotlessly clean, renovated, very quiet, beautifully decorated and full of charm and character. Truly better than we had expected. Le Particulier is a gem.
