What an amazing hostel! The staff were so friendly, seeing we were tired they let us check in the following morning. They provided maps and great information. Because the hostel was not very busy (February) they were kind enough to offer us the big top floor room with balcony & private sauna! The location is excellent, a 3 min walk from the blue mosque in the beautiful old town. Excellent breakfast, with free apple tea on demand. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

This is the best place to stay in Alapuzzha (Alleppey)! Matthew the owner is amazing, so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. He has a company that operate tours of the backwaters - went on a 2 person overnight boat (1 bedroom) for total Rs5000 and it was amazing. Went to the little canals, docked at a village that we could walk through, and the food was amazing! Get AC (Rs 500 more). The location is great, beach is 15min walk, town 5-10 mins in other direction. Thanks Matthew!!!

Hotel Everest

Pushkar, India
100%

This is a clean, friendly hostel with rooftop restaurant. Our room was well decorated and the bed was comfy. Hot water and powerful shower. They even give you a roll of toilet paper! Well located in the centre of Pushkar but not right on the main street so quiet at nightime. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Excellent location. The bathrooms were definately clean but drains smelt a bit. The staff were no that friendly, but not sure if this was just representative of the culture (similar experiences in shops / restaurants). The main door is by doorbell access so someone will always let you in, but there are no lockers in the rooms so you need to carry passport etc round with you all day. V.cosy and good kitchen facilities.

This is the best hostel in the world. I have never stayed in one like it and never will. The guy who owns it is amazing! Sooo nice with great advice on Budapest. The place is extremely clean - no flip flops in the shower here! Great location too. Highly recommended!
