Arenal Hostel Resort

La Fortuna, Costa Rica

The best part of the hostel was Esteban who helped us book jeep-boat-jeep tix, arranged taxis, reserved us a hostel in monteverde, and gave us many suggestions on what to do in the area. He was an immense help, and we literally could not have done anything without him. It was also nice to get a free drink at the hostel bar!

Hostel Urbano

San Jose, Costa Rica

My only complaint was noise. We had the room between the common room and kitchen with windows into the adjoining hall. It was near impossible to sleep soundly despite the 10pm quiet rule. Great, helpful staff and awesome breakfast!

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback, it is very important for us so we can improve our service. im sorry to hear you couldnt sleep soundly, we really do try our hardest to make this hostel a tranquil place where backpackers, students and travelers in general can rest from the weariness of their trip, sometimes though even after we make it clear that this is not a party hostel people are very disconsiderate. we will try our best to ensure this never happens again.

So Hostel Chiangmai

Chiang Mai, Thailand

Great hostel if you want to meet a lot of people and party--felt like a college dorm. VERY LOUD. the ladies at the front were not very helpful--when we asked for them to call us a cab, they refused and said they only had one driver and that he was too busy. shelves in the showers would be nice. The AC works really well.

Mile Map Hostel

amazing hostel! best in thailand! staff was incredibly helpful giving maps, directions, suggesting things to do, planning other trips (even walk you to a travel agency to book flights/trains/buses), help with laundry (let you dry your clothes in the dryer longer than what you pay for), allow for free luggage storage for up to a month (I THINK, but def at least 2 wks). ree coffee. allowed us to shower, use internet, store luggage for a day when we didnt stay that night
