Not the cheapest hostel, but one of the better. Spacious rooms, very clean, good beds. Nice pool, good athmosphere, easy to meet people. The only thing that they could improve on is an included breakfast, since I now payed $4.5 a day for bacon, eggs, baquette and an orange juice. All in all makes that this is not the cheapest option (you can probably get a hotel room in town for the same price), however I would still recommend anyone to stay here.

Hi & thanks for the review. We believe, as experience travellers ourselves, that you are getting what you pay for with our unmatched facilities, beautiful rooms and range of services. Re food prices, we provide a healthy, all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast for $2 that includes fresh fruit, juices, pancakes, toast & spreads, cereals, tea & coffee. We make environmentally sensible choices (such as not using palm oil) which can cost a little more. Again, I reckon it's worth it. All the Best :-)

Good hostel, great location, atmosphere is the best thing. They just opened a bar nextdoor which is a good thing because the whole place is a bit cramped downstairs. Would recommend anyone staying there.

One of the better hostels of South East Asia, very profesionally run. It is a party hostel though, so it attracts the usual suspects. Rooms are quite after 11pm though, so enough opportunity to sleep. They offer good western food at reasonable prices too. I avoided their tours since you can get them cheaper somewhere else.

Purple Monkey Pai

Basic hostel with a party vibe. I did not really connect with the redneck canadian crowd when I was there, but if you like the partyhostel crowd this is the place to find them in Pai. I stayed in a bamboo bungalow which was comfortable and clean. The bathroom area is quite open, so a little less clean and expect the usual local wildlife to come visit. Staff is nice and helpful, they also serve good food at reasonable prices.

Hostel with a nice athmosphere, good place to meet people. Would recommend. Small things to improve: the dorms smell a bit after the night, some more ventilation with outside air is required. If not during the night, then at least during the day when the aircon is off. Hot water showers would be nice. An additional toaster (although the morning toast queue does encourage meeting people).

A bit too big for my taste, but everything was well organized and rooms and facilities were clean and comfy. Would recommend. Not cheap, but nothing is cheap in Copenhagen.

Very good hostel. Great beds, good facilities, clean, very professional. Bit of an older crowd, probably because of the off season. Definitely recommended.

Nice clean hostel with good beds, located walkable distance from city center (10 / 15 mins). Staff was nice, owner pleasant and helpful. Had a good time there! The only things off putting was the sheer abundance of signs, ranging from quite helpful (explaining the elaborate three towel system) to borderline ridiculous (indicating the location of the extension cord right next to it) to almost guilt tripping (please don't shower too long).. Same goes for the list with unnecessary rules.

Excellent, more a hostel than a hostel. Normal beds were fine, the extra beds are a bit uncomfortable though for bigger / longer people. Overall great value, would reccomend!

Staff acted a bit surprised to see us walking in, apparently the booking was lost somewhere. No problems though, plenty of room for us. Were welcomed with coffee and some local booze, quite nice! Had pleasant stay!

Great hostel, can recommend! Stayed a week, great place for meeting people! Rooms have aircon, but can use a bit more fresh air. All in all great place to stay. Could be a bit cheaper though.

Greg & Tom Party Hostel

There is not always bacon at breakfast and the mattresses are a bit hard. Drinking your own alcohol is not allowed, which gives it a rather commercial feeling. Nevertheless one of the best organized hostels, great free food everyday, very clean facilities, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a party in Kraków.

Large hostel, well organized. Atmosphere sometimes lacking due to it's size but compensated in the small bar that closes at 11pm. Would recommend.

Great hostell, fairly new. Only the fridge could use a cleanup. Staff really great and relaxed, feels like home. Very nice beds. @Gidic: Try lowering the water temperature, no burned hands and a great energy saver. ;-) Some more sitting / eating space would be nice, but that really marginal. Dennis was a nice fella! Found him back in the pub at saturday nights, was actively taking care of his guests but without being a busy bully. Tnx, might even return sometime.

Quite well. Nice beds, at least in our room. Staff is helpfull but with some the language barrier makes them a bit reserved. Location is great. Kitchen needs an update. Beer was past the maximum date, but drinkable anyway ;-)
