Liked the bunk curtain privacy and convenient washer and dryer. Excellent staff. Was in a 6 bed dorm. At most 4 beds/2 bunks should be in that space. People had their luggage covering the floor space....an obstacle course and dangerous in the dark.
Excellent staff, ambience and free local cultural tour. Highly Recommended
very well run establishment
Rm 24 stinks literally. The guy at the desk provides zero info. Basics like breakfast and time you must ask, No explanations about no bathroom on 3rd floor or where is the electronic button to unlick front door. Often not at the desk. When asked upon arrival "how much is a taxi to the airport?" I was told 130 pesos. Same question next morning it was 200 pesos. I got my own taxi for 80 pesos.
excellent management. good lication too.
Excellent staff both professional and personal. Fabulous accommodation. Free half hour a massage and $3 for an hour more. Go no where else.
Excellent staff and loved the tropical environ, great area to bike
Good place in PHNOM PENH
Professional friendly staffed (although perhaps a tad bitt overly "happy" to see you time after time :).
Very good service
Budget place by river. great location and very likable owners who genuinely seem to care.
Outstanding stay. Lovely traditional large spacious house run by ver professional yet personal owner. Owner even offered to drive me to boat dock and provided hot tea when I arrived sick.
I signed up for a double room thinking somewhat spacious room with a double bed. Room options were cramped space: 1 bed was a bunk bed however with 2 wide beds. It was explained that the top bunk was "the sofa". The 2nd room had no windows and was jammed up against a small couch. To charge $70 was a farce and I did get it reduced to $40 but left a day early anyhow. They have a staff named Argu who was great. If you like a pool with partying people all night your door. This place is for you.
Nothing fancy but a very relaxed enjoyable stay. I recommend it here.
Excellent very accommodating involved staff.
Excellent staff, courteous, caring and very accomodating.
Superior Staff. Owner is very knowledgeable caring and accomodating.
The day BEFORE I notified this Hotel that I mistakenly booked Sept 2 when I intended Sept 12. I asked for consideration to rebook the date. They emailed about "The Rules." This costly penalty (for 65 yera old eyes) doesn't happen with Booking.com.
My room was for a cell. Absentee non English speaking owner. It took 3 days to get the WiFi pass code. This place is fine for walkers wanting a bare bones cheap stay. Right by bus station
Dreary place. Needs a serious makeover. Mow the grass and pull the weeds outside the windows out back? But...price is cheap
Coordinating with absentee Owner is difficult without a cell phone. Cleaners show up as early as 8:45am disrupting sleep. Breakfast is absurd with packaged hard type bread and jam packets. Cereal container was empty. Wifi is excellent.( Owner said Bergamo charges 2€ a day Hotel tax. I thought the total cost was what is agreed with Hostelworld????)
This young deductaed couple works hard to provide the best environment. Spacious attractive clean rooms. The English speaking wife provides a map answering all questions.. She provided discount coupons for excellent restaurants. I was offered a bicycle for free although she admitted some of the some 12 bikes need some repair. The location is not in town but close enough to walk from the train/ bus stations as well as Unesco designated Montova, Very close to a lake and pleasant paths to Montova.
Professional accommodating owners. The Best. Hotel is not in Trento but a 40 minute bus ride away. Go there for hiking and this hotel.
Miran was 16 during the war. He shares his involvement as a Partisan making bandages for the wounded. Ask him to show you the unexploded bomb that landed on the roof. Definitely stay at this hostel and visit Mostar.
Probably my first 100% rating in about 10 years. Berat is UNESCO and this Hotel staff is equal to the task. Remarkably competent courteous staff. Outstanding restauran.
Good breakfast. Helpful fourteous staff.
The staff couldn't be more professional and hospitable. We requested a quieter room and were taken to their Ephesus Suites which was fabulous beyond words. Go there, great breakfasts too.

Indifferent staff. False advertising about Wifi which functions horribly and not at all on the 3 rd Floor. Street noise is horrible. Very overpriced. Very small cramped room. Don't assume "you get what you pay for". I got fooled by a high price tag and the alleged "WiFi".
Excellent helpful staff. You will love Anna and Tom.
Great staff And accomodation.
I paid €46/ $60 for a Double bed 1 Bdrm "ensuite". Iincredibly unattractive crowded bunk rooms in a dorm only with pseudo double beds jammed in with bunks. The girl responded with "why do you not like the extra beds?". Only the first floor room provided the advertised "free wifi". This place has all the ambiance of a disordered warehouse. The room was unusually cold. No hot water. Could not take a shower. I had to request a heater. Worst hostel ever in 20 years for me.
Outstanding staff. Very informative and helpful about Trieste
Repair torn rugs. Improve lighting in room. Give accurate info about wifi. Reduce cost by 30%.
Great set up here

Fabulousnin every way. Very devoted staff mindful of pleasing the visitor in every way. The food there is absolutely excellent.
Manager met me by subway stop. I am going back this weekend.
avoid room 104: noise from a bar. breakfast inadequate, had to ask proprietor to replenish most things. would not rcommend this place
