staff super friendly and helpful. they help you a lot with all the activities there are to do in Pucon. i stayed in the 6-bed tent in the backyard, can get cold at night. very small kitchen though, can get problematic at dinner time. atmosphere friendly and cool, their weekly BBQ organised are super fun! would suggest to stay here if in pucon, as it is so well located too

BAD PLACE. No signs of hostels. This is actually home of owners. Messy, kids' toys everywhere. NOT CLEAN, kitchen was dirty not to tell about bathroom (full garbage wasn't change the 4days I had been there) . The room had 4beds, with old mattresses, used carpet. 2/3nights they had some friends over who were VERY noisy until 2-3am. When I arrived, there was no one, other travellers showed me the rooms. Owners OK friendly, not helpful. Taxi driver said it was in dangerous area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

GREAT Hostel, clean, and very nice inside. Big kitchen and common area. Nice and cozy atmosphere, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It feels like your at home. The 15mins walk from the city centre is not a problem at all, whereas there's a big market 2 mins away and bus station 5mins. It is a very calm location, no noise at night, and chilling on the roof is a must when sunset comes. Probably the Best you could find in Arica! :)
