The couple who run BnB Guesthouse are amazing. The pickup from the airport was really appreciate. The all day breakfast that's included in the price was a nice touch. The only thing to consider is that if you're trying to go to the Blue Lagoon and you haven't rented a vehicle, Keflavik itself isn't connected well transit wise to get you there. The hostel itself though is really nice.

Lagan Backpackers

The hostel does a really good job of getting people to meet. When we were there they had a free cheeseburger night and then everybody meet in the movie room which boasts a great collection. They were very helpful setting us up with a black taxi tour (ask for Paddy) and the room was clean. You always want more bathrooms but the ones they have were all nice when they were free.

Emre Cave House

Mustafa was the best part of this hostel. He wet out of his way to help us figure out what to do, whether that meant a tourist recommendation for the sunset or even offering to send us to his cousins restaurant. The place itself is really quiet. The 'cave' gets pretty warm at night. The location is steps from the city centre and offers great prices for hot air ballooning from $90.

Bada Bing Hostel Istanbul

BadaBing was one of the best hostels we encountered in Europe. We stayed in an 8 bed dorm which had full a/c, large lockups under all the beds and reasonably comfortable beds. The best thing though was the people. Mustafa helped us plan the rest of our trip through Cappadocia and the Blue Cruises setting us up with a great deal. While everyone else was helpful guiding tours into the city. When you're asked to bring duty free alcohol, do it.

Maju Jaya Hostel

Zagreb, Croatia

If you're looking for a place in the center of downtown Zagreb, this isn't your place. It's well connected via transit to the core though with only about a 10 minute walk to the team lines. The hostel is really clean, they offer a cheap taxi service to the airport and are very knowledgeable about things to do in Zagreb.

Pensione Giamaica

The hostel is 2 minutes walk from the Central Train Station. Its on the 4th floor of a building and is closer to a Hotel than a hostel. There is no kitchen or common room, so use it as a bed only, but I'd highly recommend it as your base camp.

HI-Toronto

Toronto, Canada
100%

This hostel is amazing. I met so many great people during my stay that I have no qualms about calling it the most epic 5 night adventure ever. Toronto is a great city and HI-Toronto hostel is a wonderfully situated hub to experience it all. The kind of people the hostel attracts are so multi-cultural and young its a great atmosphere for socializing. Unreal is the only word for this hostel.
