Perfect as a place to crash after a night out in Shoreditch which is exactly what we wanted it for rather than a base to explore the city over several days (hence why excellent location). Only small criticism is that the rooms are so hot right now - we stayed in M and there's no fan/ac/window to let fresh air circulate through the room and it's a very warm night's sleep. Other than that, really pleased, and would recommend and go back ourselves!

Bit boring as a backpacker but depends what you're looking for.more fun stay at the nearby backpackers hostel. central location and helpful staff but by no account let them help you book a tour or onward travel with them - both are dire and expensive for what they are - go and find one of the tourist information or travel desks inse\tead, or again backpackers to get your moneys worth.
Very helpful staff, ideal for those wanting to tour locally or book onward travel, close to the beach and the all important bar areas only a few minutes walk away! Would definitely go back.
A good centrally located base to work Saigon from, but not very backpacker friendly. Hardly saw any other guests while we were there and there is no communal area bar the reception area. The reception itself also has little information on onward travel or that in the immediate area - bit limited. Probably wouldn't go back again but thats because looking for more fun in a hostel - not because it wasn't clean or secure, very high standards at both these things.
We really loved it here. Would recommend it to everyone - the staff are absolutely lovely and will go the extra mile to help you out. They can organise bus tickets, visas, tours everything for you - perfect for backpackers and travellers and they do great value food and drinks too.
