Bada Bing Hostel Istanbul

Istanbul, Turkey

Dorms represent the best value for money here, facilities and location is good for the price. You can walk pretty much everywhere in the city from here and public transport is super close if your not up for that.. hostel activities created a nice atmosphere and the free breakfast is pretty good. More expensive rooms 40 euros per person not really what you would expect for that price in turkey but still really nice.. would definitely stay again

Basically just rooms in a house... my room had a kitchen sink and a fan in it, which was actually pretty convenient. I would definitely stay again if i was transiting through here again. If you are looking for a party hostel or place to meet other people however this isn't for you.

Pagration Youth Hostel

Decent place to stay from memory no lockers though.. staff were pretty good though the young kid gets pretty irritating pretty quickly but i assume he is on school holidays and isn't a long term fixture of this hostel. Would definitely stay again.. other staff were super helpful, kitchen with supermarkets close by. Transport to and from here is by local bus and it can be a bit of a pain picking the right stops to get off at.

I think this was the only hostel in this region so your out of luck for options lucky this place is good and the guy that runs it with his mother is really helpful, costs 2 euro to use the hotplate which is a little weird but they will recommend several cheap places to eat (dinner 2.3 euros ) so not an issue. Had the best souvlaki to date in greece at the place they recommended

Converted apartment for the high season would be my guess about this place essentially a couple of rooms in an apartment building with access to bathroom and shower... more a place to crash for a night than anything else. Staff (aka the Family) were friendly would stay there again if i just needed a place to sleep for the night

Small hostel run out of apartment , for the price excellent option. Neighbour hood is ok though walking there late at night for the first time you might feel a little uneasy though we didn't have any problems.. is a little out of the centre but with a bit of a walk to the metro but if your budget minded its a good option

This place is great at a good price, would definitely stay again, kitchen, rooms e.t.c all excellent... they don't allow shoes in the hostel but supply slippers given the amount of hiking / skiing (in the winter) this is probably a good idea as the rooms here smell a lot more pleasant because of this rule.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this hostel has several serious issue. While staying here myself and several other guests saw a lot of mice which probably explains why several of us were bitten by bed bugs/fleas, the night i stayed several people slept in the tv room due to being bitten by bed bugs. Previous reviews mentioning staff moving guests belongings from rooms without informing them are also accurate...seriously.. staff were also heard arguing in french about someone stealing.....

Definitely a backpackers mansion, this place was super nice, breakfasts and meals prepared by the staff are the best i have ever seen in a hostel and better than most low cost hotels i have ever stayed in. Seemed like a good vibe here and the walking tour was the best one i have been on in europe yet.

This place is a little cramped and a little hard to find. Look for the numbers above the doors as this place does not have a sign. The english and french guys working here were super friendly and did a great job keeping the place clean given how many people where staying there. Atmosphere was very friendly, if you are looking for lots of personal space i would not recommend but if your a social person this is a great place to stay if it fits your budget.

Place is super clean, pretty good location for getting around the city. No soap in the bathrooms would be the only real problem with the place.

This is not a hostel, more like a cheap hotel with bunk beds.
