Excellent value for the money. Excellent location. Laundry was 4 euros per wash and 4 euros per dry. Wine was cheap. Breakfast was lots of choices and good. Cold cold water for drinking and filling flasks. The a/c didn't work one night - extremely hot and noisey to leave the window open at night.Staff tried to help and it was fixed by the next day . We were in the hotel next door - two people private bathroom. Free walking tours of the city - excellent. Lots of young people
Close to the sea but not on it. Needed to walk up several stairs which were uneven but that is a reflection of Cinque Terra not the place itself. The view was actually into a small alley but we didn't spent much time in our room so the view was not as important, Needed to walk down to the sea to get the key and check in and then back up towards train station into some alleys.
This is really a hotel and better than some hotels we stayed in other places in Italy. Very clean. Easy to get to but also needed to use the metro from the train station.
George is a very helpful, courteous individual that is effective and efficient at assisting the guests. He would pick us up if he saw us walking or would offer to drop us off while doing transfers to places on route. He was genuinely concerned about making our stay pleasurable and would help us out no matter how many times we would ask for assistance. You can certainly tell this is a family business that takes the services that they provide seriously. Thanks George for everything, Wanda/Kim
