Nice and friendly German staff. Pretty convenient location. Though there're some things to improve. But good in general.
Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcome you back. Best, Aigul

First, after arriving to the hostel, I asked for the safe box for my personal belongings. I was waiting for ages for hostel's staff to provide me the safe box! That was bad. But then they upgraded my room free of charge, that was good. Twice during the day I wanted to use the sofa in the lobby, but the staff denied saying 1st time that this sofa is for the customers (!) only and if I want to sit somewhere, I have to sit in my room. 2nd time the staff told that he has to have food on sofa, Weird!

Nice quiet place, a bit long way from the main road (300 meters). Nice to stay there especially if you travel with someone.

I stayed 2 nights at Da Rifi. Staff is really nice & Asok, the guy who works there, is helpful. He helped me with some sightseeings in Surabaya & dropped me to the airport. A bit far from the city center, but close to the airport.

Rou is good place to stay, I stayed there 2nd time, 1st time I stayed a year ago. But my previous stay was more pleasant as that time they provided breakfast for free & the hostel itself looked newer & a bit cleaner. But, anyhow, this place is good :)
Dear guest, Thank you for your comments. We had a small changes in the form of services that lead to the breakfast was not provided. In the future, we will include breakfast for free to let customers feel the most comfortable possible. Thank you and we hope you would return and let us have chance to serve. Best regards

I stayed at Clockwise 4 nights this year & I stayed 1 year ago as well. It's nicely designed wonderful & friendly place. Nice & helpful frontdesk staff :)

It's cheap but the space in the room was very limited. It's not a good idea to have a through dorm room as it's inconvenient for people who stay at that dorm room. Great location. The staff was ok.

This place is cheap, it's ok to stay here. But it looks like the staff doesn't care to do their duties properly. The staff didn't take out the garbage from the room's trash bin (I've spent 4 nights but they didn't clean it), the bathroom was regularly flooded, but it was taking long-long time to repair & clean it. Also, this hostel is the loudest one, it's bad that the staff didn't care about drunk & noizy visitors at 3-4 AM singing & speaking loudly just next to your door during 2 nishts.

5 $/night for dorm + good breakfat sounds great. Yes, it's quite cheap place to stay comparing to what you get - good bed, clean room with ac, travel desk, good location etc. But! The toilet & bath-rooms are weird!!! I mean it's not smart to do the toilet/bathroom doors without lockers and the wall made of glass is not good as well. You should change these 2 weaknesses. Everything else is good :)

The hostel is very good located, they provide very nice breakfast, there's a swimming pool at the hostel. But the room was quite small for 6 beds and when it was 4-6 persons in the room, it was not enough space.

The hostel is quite good. I understand that there're not many hostels in Da Nang, but location is only one not that good thing about this hostel. It's located a bit far from the beaches, but the personnel of the hostel speaks good English, it's very clean in the premise, the beds are big & convenient, everything looks quite modern etc. Good place to stay in general.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly & very helpful. that's the main thing! 2 situations happen to me that show how good is the staff of HQ Cafe. When I was riding a bike, I've lost a key from the bike (while riding). Partially it was my fault as they told me about the problem with the keys, but they didn't charge me & they made a new key within an hour! Another thing is that I forgot some stuff at HQ & they sent this stuff to me to Hoi An! Location, quality of the facilities are also good!

The greatest plus for this hostel is it's AMAZZZING STAFF!!! The guys who are working there are wonderful & very helpful! Hanna, the girl at the front desk, explains everything, helps to arrange the trips, gives good advices etc. She's very kindful with the guests. Guy who provided me the bike, gave me better bike next day for the same price as the previous (worse) one. I stayed at "Backpackers Paradise" for 3 nights, I had booked a dormitory but I've goot upgraded room without any extra charge!

Rou hostel is definitely wonderful place to stay. I stayed there for 5 nights. The best things about the hostel are location (it's centrally located but the area is more quiet than backpackers area), large beds, good VEGETARIAN restaurant, some staff speaks English.

Cheap place to stay, but they promice to provide the hot water, that is very imporrtant in winter time. But it was quite problematic to get the hot water in the evenings. Staf was quite slow to provide the buckets with hot water. The other bad issue is too big commission that the manager charged us for the tickets to Pokhara. But talking in general, this is not the worst option in Thamel, some places are worse.

Good things about this hostel: location & vouchers with discount. But there's definitely more negative. Saying in general, hostels in mainland China with better services & more convenient cost 2-3 times cheaper than Dragon. I was really surprised that both of front desk ladies very poor in English! Besides that, 1of them was not helpful! I just asked the glass or cup, but she told me that they don't have at all. I asked for kitchen, but she ignored my question, 1 of the guests had to show me it

Actually good hostel, but nothing special. The location is great, the staff is very good as well (helpfyl & speaks English good). Traditional style of the hostel is also good. But the room was a bit dark.

I spent 3 nights at Warriors hostel. Thanx to hostel's staff that they supply the hostel with everything needed. Especially I'd like to say big thanx to Debby, she was extremely helpful! When I was about to arrive to the hostel, she met me & delivered. She gave me lots of useful information, helped with bookings. Also her English level is very high. It's nice to deal with such pleasant & helpful persons like Debby! Thanx a lot!

There are some + about this hostel: - great location - normal prices. The staff tried to be helpful. BUT! I got the problems with wi-f-connection, I went downstairs for better network, but I still had problems. So I complained about it. At that time the owner (who is sikh) was at the front desk. He just shouted at me & called me BHENCHOD! (he thought I didn't know Hindi). But this word is VERY rude! Shame on owner!
