Location is good, but not excellent, some blocks away from the nearest subway st and from the Duomo. Both the breakfast the the dinner (aperitivo) were very good and included. Staff was excellent, really among the best I've met, really friendly and helpful (even got a free beer on my arrival). I've stay on the 6-bed dorm and I believe that it was too small for a 6-bed, for its size it should have been 4-bed at best, the bunk beds were comfortable and bathroom very clean.

The hostel is around 10 min walking from the Duomo and 20 min from the central station, sidewalks in central Florence are narrow and uneven so beware if you're pushing your luggage. Otherwise very good location. Breakfast is excellent and the small dinner is nice too. Rooms are comfortable with large lockers and many outlets. Bathroom is clean. There is AC in the rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly specially Chiara who was there most of the time. Overall a very good hostel. Recommended!

Excellent hostel for solo travelers that enjoy making new friends! The common area with the free (although very limited) all-day breakfast feels like a regular home, great to meet people. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The location is excellent, 3/4 blocks from the main plaza in Bologna. The good location also means that the house is a bit old, the floor is uneven at some points but nothing too concerning. Staff was helpful but most of the time it house is kept to the guests.

Very good hostel located in the main islands of Venice (therefore not requiring you to pay the excessive transport fee to visit the main attractions). My room was inside of a flat sharing the bathroom (clean, but having the shower with a transparent door right opposite of the entrance to the bathroom is a poor choice). The bar was closed during my stay, perhaps the atmosphere would be better with it open. Staff is very helpful and enthusiastic and really helped me. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hostel! Definitely would recommend! Location is very good just a couple of blocks away from Boa Viagem beach. Comfortable beds, with 2 outlets per bed, individual reading lights, clean bathrooms, they even have ACs in the rooms which they turn on from 9pm to 9am so you can sleep well :D Common areas were great (TV room, 'chilling' room, computer room), very good kitchen, excellent breakfast included and even some snacks in the afternoon. Very helpful staff, with good humor!

Quite simply the worst hostel I've ever been in (and I've been in quite a few), so I'll start with the one good thing: Location. It is in front of the beach in the main street, can't beat that. Other than that: -Room without window, no AC and a very old EXTREMELY noisy fan held together by a string literally. -No keys for room and no lockers in the rooms. -VERY tight and dirty bathroom with no lock on the door. -Helpful but cold staff. Maragogi needs more competitors urgently to improve service.

One of the best hostel's I've ever stayed in. Room had enough space for 6 people, the bathroom was clean and beautiful. The 24h reception staff was excellent and they even offered their own free walking tour, The breakfast is very good with croissants, muffins and waffles. Location's excellent withing 3 min to the subway and 5-10 min from most attractions. But the real star is the basement pub and it's attractions. Very spacious, comfortable, good drinks, good beer and good extra activities.

Very good hostel in a good location (15 min walk to the CN tower and 20-min from most tourist attractions). The room is kind of small to be shared among 6 people, but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. There is an AC in the room, which is mandatory in the summer. The lockers have their own keys or could be locked with your own locker, but I found out that my key could open a locker other then my own. Staff was very helpful and the rooftop area is fantastic! Breakfast is ok.

Hostel was pretty much average... The bedroom was clean at glance, but there was a lot of dust under the bed that falls on the bed beneath. There was an unnecessary TV in it, never saw that in a hostel. Bathrooms and toilets were clean and had a nice background music playing. Paying extra for sheets was a first for us and we really thought we were tricked into this, they should include it in the price and not charge extra. Reception works only during commercial hours. Location is excellent.

Thank you for sending your opinions. The music seems to be appreciated by many, glad to hear you liked that too :-) The rent of sheets is a very common thing in many hostels in Stockholm and is posted on the website where you book. If you read all information you see that you can also bring your own to keep the cost down. We never had complaints about the bed being dusty, we will check the room you had right away and fix it if that's the case! Biggest apologies if it was! Hostel Manager

Another hostel that looks like hotel on the common areas. Very unfriendly, staff treat you like you are bothering them. Little connection or reason to with other guests. But very safe. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were incredibly small. It was impossible not to bump in everything in it, just terrible. The location is excellent you can see it from the central station.

The best thing about this hostel is its location, very near the central station, next to the red light district and within a short walk from major attractions (not that Amsterdam requires walking long distances). The included breakfast is very good and should keep you going for most of your day. The stairs in the hostel are very steep, avoid if you have any mobile restrictions. Staff was friendly and attentive, but i missed a common area exclusive to the hostel (not a pub).

Very well located hostel, I did not have to use the public transportation a single day (although I am a walker, guess that depends on you). Staff was very friendly and fun and there are plenty of planned activities everyday. Kitchen is large and well equipped, two excellent common areas (one where you can read a book or use your computer and one to socialize). Bathrooms are kept clean and I had no problems with showers. Many stairs though, beware if you have large bags. Excellent hostel!

Good location near a subway station, although i've seen better. Staff was mostly very friendly and helpful, except for one guy who was kind of rude towards me. Inexpensive good breakfast and excellent lounge area to socialize, I've made a quite a few friends in only 4 days. Bathrooms were kept clean and room had ample space besides being an 8-bed bedroom. Stairs can be a problem if you are carrying large bags (which luckly was not my case).

EXCELLENT location, very near Munich's central station and other city attractions. Very large wood padlock lockers in the rooms which were also very wide with comfortable beds, bathrooms were kept clean, but i had to cross the whole hallway to get to male toilet and bathroom which was very inconvenient, they should have male and female bathrooms on both sides of the hallway i;o grouping them up. Staff was very friendly, helpful and assisted me a lot when the airline lost my luggage.

Very well located hostel near the Amsterdan Central Station, They had large wood lockers in the rooms (which are excellent, bc they're much less noisy) with keys provided by the hostel (no need for padlocks). The room I stayed in had a private bathroom which was very clean. Staff was clear and objective although not very friendly. There isn.t any area to socialize but the pub downstairs which for me is a downside, but the pub is good. Room is very small , but beds are very comfortable.

Very nice hostel and very well located, near a major avenue and between the falls and Itaipu. My room was clean and the bed was made everyday by the hostel staff (which is excelent, but unusual in hostels). Staff was excelent, very attentive and fun. The only let down was that the hostel was a adapted from a house that was not that well deisgned, so the number of rooms related to the proximity of bathrooms was uneven, leading to lines sometimes, not that big of an issue. Pub was very good too.

This hostel is a regular neighborhood house adapted to be a hostel which gives it a homey look that is very interesting. The staff was very helpful and gave us excellent tips for our stay in niagara falls, the price was very good also, the only inconvenient is that they charge 10 dollars for late night check-ins. The breakfast they claim to have are only pancakes, but they indicated a excellent affordable cafe where we could eat a good breakfast for 3,50 only!! I recommend this place!

Pretty decent motel for the price they charge. Wifi is charged (3 dollars/day) which is very affordable. They could have breakfast, even if it was paid extra. The staff was very helpful with us even on late hours. It is not as close to Cleveland as we thought, but not that far either. All in all a pretty average motel.

This hostel is excellent, great fun and fully equipped! The staff was very helpful and they all spoke spanish, portuguese and english! The only problem was the elevator, it is an old lift that needs the user to close both doors (inner and outer) before AND after using it, sometimes it got stuck in some floor because people would forget to close it.

Let me start with the most important thing about this hostel: TERRIBLE FOR SINGLE TRAVELERS, although I think it is very good for groups and families. It looks more like a hotel with shared rooms than a hostel. Staff is VERY helpful and professional, but very cold (i guess its a British thing). Great accommodation, AMAZING location. NO kitchen (they have a bar/restaurant and sell food) and NO group activities, Expect technical problems like: lack of hot water or broken internet. An average hostel

But still it looks more like a hotel with shared rooms than a hostel.

It was my first hostel experience I believe it couldn't have been better!! The staff was great, they had free internet, breakfast was really cheap (2 euros) and the facilities were really good! My only complain was about the showers, they were a little small, specially for a big guy like me! But other than that, they had hot water 24h, I made a lot of friends and 6 nights went by flying! I wish I could have stayed more!
