Jaeger's Munich

Munich, Germany

5 minutes away from Munich main train station by walk. Really hugeee hostel. 40 bed dorm under ground feels like entering bunker but nice 1. Bring your own locks to use lockers. 40 bed dorm wasn't really noisy at night. Hostel allows guests up to 35 years age so beware if your age is more than 35. Bar is nice. Home brewed beer was good for 3 euro. The talkative English bartender was friendly. Breakfast looked awesome but was in hurry couldn't have it. Specious common room. No supermarket nearby

Haris Youth Hostel

Sarajevo, Bosnia And Herzegovina

Hostel owner Haris was very helpful & friendly. Hostel is really up on the hill. How ever easy to reach from main train station. Main attractions are not far from hostel. Specially old market. I stayed in 8 bed dorm. Dorm was clean. Kitchen is there to cook own food & tv + common area to sit, eat, drink & to meet fellow backpackers. Also terrace is there. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended. *** Greetings from India ***

Hostel Dino

Mostar, Bosnia And Herzegovina

Barely 10 mins away from main bus/train station by walk. Not really far from Old Bridge. Many supermarkets nearby & restaurants too. The owner of hostel was kind. I booked 8 bed dorm but owner asked me if I can shift to 2 bed dorm at same price as some big group was coming. Hostel was quiet which is good. Overall I enjoyed my stay here for 2 days. Drinking alcohol & smoking is not allowed in the hostel which was best part.

Dubrovnik Backpackers Club

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Got accurate directions to reach hostel by the owner. Owner was helpful & his son Ivy & other 1 too. Hostel is around 3~3.5 km away from Old city but accessible via public bus easily. Hostel is quiet. There was kitchen to cook own food, common area to eat, drink & smoke. Had opportunity to meet fellow backpackers. I stayed in 4 bed dorm. Dorm was clean with attached toilet & bathroom. Hostel is 20~25 mins away from main bus station by walk. This walk is scenic. Catch morning bus to Mostar.

Hostel Zeus

Athens, Greece

This was my 2nd visit. Hostel is excellent no issues. But.... In the dorm there was 1 Crazy/Cyco Jewish religious guy wearing Jewish cap & racist too from Israel. He used to come in the dorm and leave frequently. And some weird smell was all over the room due to some candle he was burning on Friday night before eating his Shabat food etc. He used to forget key inside while locking the dorm. Had to contact reception always. And some crazy music he used to play loudly on his laptop.

Hostel Lavele

Sofia, Bulgaria

Excellent hostel. Staff was friendly. However missed morning breakfast as didn't know the place to go for breakfast. Easily reachable from Serdika metro station. May be 10 mins walk including 2~3 traffic signals. Most tourist attractions are on 10~15 mins distance by walk from this hostel. All many food restaurants nearby. *** I loved Sofia *** Looking forward to visit in winter.

Thessaloniki Studios Arabas

Thessaloniki, Greece

Very cozy hostel. I loved it there. Kostas was very friendly. He gave me very correct directions whenever I wanted to go some where in down town at specific shop/place. Very quite/peaceful place. Difficult to locate if you don't have GPS software in pocket. This hostel is in old city & up in the hilly area. If you walk there using heavy backpack you'll be pretty tired. Easy to reach here using GPS software like Sygic. Just say 28 Sachtouri and it takes you there. ^_^

Adagio Hostel 1.0 Oktogon

Budapest, Hungary

I stayed in 12 bed dorm and it was good there. Very close to 'Ocktogon' metro station. Most tourist attractions r accessible by walk, some times hostel is noisy at night if many party animals gather in a common room at night over alcohol. ** Greetings from India **

Red Palm

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

It's my 2nd time at Red Palm. Excellent guest house rather than a hostel ^_^ . Very friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby. DIY [ Do It Yourself ] breakfast was awesome. Air conditioning was perfect at night. Not too cold, not too hot.Just 1 small disappointment is that no hand shower near toilet at fresh room upstairs. Thank you! *** Greetings from INDIA ***

Dear Amey, Our breakfast menu do change on alternate days. Fresh Vietnamese baguette or baguette with egg or tuna with coffee, tea, juices and bananas :) I believe that because of different customer consumption of meals, sometimes the self-service breakfast finish up pretty fast! Our hostel has already assigned a staff to refill and oversee the breakfast. Thank you for your valued feed back.

Excellent hostel in Hanoi. Only exception is no lock for shower room in dormitory. Though left suggestion to hang a board out side fresh room so easy to identify if some1 is inside or not. Free breakfast was simply mind blowing. Cheese, butter, fruits, fruit juices, bread and amazing egg omlette, coffee with milk, tea, noodles,German snitzel type bakery products and much more..Yummy !!! **** Greetings from India ****
