I was staying at this hotel during the horrible earthquake that just occurred and even though every single member of the staff lost their own homes they were at work doing everything they could to help all of the scared travelers. I have never seen such kindness and selflessness. Even before the quake I was raving about the helpfulness of staff, but after that experience I am just amazed.
This hostel is full of Israelis and therefore quite loud. The hostel staff tries to control the loud guests, but its still very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, nice art and decor.
I booked a hostel dorm but somehow ended up in a little tin box with 4 beds that was a walk all the way across the campsite from the building with the kitchen and reception. I had to walk outside to get to the bathroom. The little flimsy, metal rooms outside allowed all the sound in so you wake up every time someone in any of these rooms opens a door or says anything. I didn't intend to camp but somehow did. Please be careful about whether the dorm bed you book is in an actual building!
You can book all your activities and organize outings with them and they have free wine for an hour each night plus a large outdoor garden and multiple common areas. Good place.
Lovely outdoor common/bar area where you can order empanadas, but a bit of a walk from the center.
They offer free pisco sours at the bar if you friend them on facebook! The staff are super helpful too and its in a gret neighborhood.
They've thought of details that many hostels are missing. (Bath tubs!) I've never been at a cleaner hostel or met nicer owners. They sit you down for a welcome talk upon arrival, give you a map and tell you everything you need to know. Alex was even kind enough to drive us to the Taro Bridge and down into the canyon for free. Nice kitchen for cooking and there is a super market and good, affordable restaurants near by. The bus station is a short, simple walk. Perfect hostel!
Very cool art and decor everywhere, fun outdoor bar/common area and a nice large kitchen for cooking and keeping food. Wonderful owner and very helpful staff. Super market, restaurants and bars nearby.
If you want to meet people, this is the place. Very helpful staff and a 2 minute walk to EVERYTHING.
You feel like you're at home here. Good vibes. Small hostel that is just a short walk to everywhere you'd want to go.
Cool, social place with a bar/restaurant/cafe but no kitchen for cooking yourself. Nice outdoor common area and a computer available for use. Helpful staff.
Helpful staff and they could work on their common areas but there is a sister hostel where you can go for a free shot for staying at this one with a rooftop bar and roof of the acropolis.
If your tent is close to the restaurant/picnic area good luck getting any sleep. Yummy food though.
This hostel is too big so you have to wait in line to get questions answered or help with something. They have lifts and decent wifi and large, spacious rooms.
There was never soap or toilet paper and most of the showers were broken. You can hear everything in every room so you do not sleep. The breakfast is sad. The decor is cool though and the location is perfect. Some staff did not know where anything was and barely spoke English. The larger dorms are very cramped but the 6 bed ones are fine for space.
Great place, yummy breakfasts and BBQ dinners available, nice pool, beauty place right there for massages and manicures, VERY helpful staff, cool art everywhere, so much fun!
Central location, walking distance to nightlife areas, fun bar, yummy breakfasts and espresso drinks available, helpful staff, nice pool with a gorgeous view of the Table Mountain, pub crawls and special events available, so fun, great place!
Fun bar, very clean, few minute walk from a tram stop, some good bars and restaurants nearby... just ask the staff!
Fun bar, excellent location, helpful & chill staff
Very fun place to stay and awesome staff. Fun, busy bar. Perfect location in old town near trams and bars.
So much fun stuff to do through the hostel. They do an amazing pub crawl and a fun Swedish meatball making class! Very clean, cool looking rooms and common area. Great kitchen for cooking, new looking, very central location near 2 subway stops.
You have to climb quite a large hill to reach the hostel, but there are a few tram stops not so far away. Breakfast is good, but you need to pay for it. Staff was very helpful and the hostel was quiet at night.
The wifi only works in one small area of the hall so everyone crowds around there. The dorms are cramped. You can only order meals for a few hours a day. Overall it is overpriced considering all of the inconveniences.
Comfy dorm beds. Balcony restaurant. 10 minute walk to Taj Mahal. Good place.
Wonderful staff. Can arrange airport pick up and drop off. Rooftop restaurant. Large clean rooms. Overall great stay!
Very friendly staff and good breakfast. No lift though so be prepared to work those glutes!
There are several common areas and a roof that everyone hangs out on every night. One of the most fun hostels I've stayed at.
The rooms and outdoor area are so adorable! The staff treats you like you're staying in a 5 star hotel. Also, there are good cafes and restaurants 2 minutes away.
My experience in Singapore was greatly enhanced because of the kindness and guidance of the staff. They work really hard to make sure each guest has a great time during their stay.
Super clean and comfortable! The staff will drive you into the center of town whenever you'd like. Everything was great!
Great location, small, clean, basic, no complaints. Very helpful staff!
The hostel was cheap and right in the Red Light District so it was nice for going out, but noisey at night and in the morning. It was dirty and the showers and bathroom stalls are very, very small.
