No toilet paper. The staff is never there. After a day out my bed had been given to a new guest. Asked for three days to get a receipt and they never gave me one. Photos are misleading, showing very spacious areas, in reality the rooms are packes with beds and there is very little space to walk. Barely 2 sockets for a nine bed room. No wifi connection in the rooms (there is a wifi signal but I was unable to connect on 3 different devices. Very drafty and badly isolated, making for cold nights.

Good location, close to the main train and bus station. Even though the neighbourhood did not look very safe, we felt safe in the hostel because it was in a building inside a building, so we had to cross two doors before getting there. The staff was kind, and the room was very clean. The Italian breakfast was a packaged croissant and small cake, with a juice. The air conditioner was just a fan. There was no kitchen.

Very well located hostel, close to many restaurants and pubs. The neighbourhood was safe, but the main door of the hostel was always open, sometimes there was only a child in the reception and there were no lockers in shared rooms. There were no common areas; no kitchen, no living room. Wifi did not work well in our room. The room was clean overall, but with bugs.

Hostel was not so close to the city centre, but close to a metro station. Room was clean and had lockers. No complain expect for weak wifi signal in the room.

Schlafmeile Hostel

We booked a room 3 months in advance and when we got there the staff tells us that there was no room for us so they sent us to another hostel. It was a very small hostel with 4 rooms, one bathroom and one kitchen. It was right beside the railway line so the noise of the passing trains was unbearable. One night at 3am the other tenants started arguing and shouting incredibly loudly and aggressively. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable. We had to walk 5 blocks to get wifi connection.
