Beds were very comfy, plenty of space in the rooms, big lockers for bags. Food was good, staff were really helpful, and the kittens were soooo cute! Only problem we had was the station pick up where the number on the booking didn't work, but the number 9 bus was really frequent so not a huge problem

Beds were comfy, room wasn't a bad size, big lockers for bags. Good number of showers and all were clean. Staff were helpful, but 15 min walk from nearest tube, and virtually impossible to spot in the dark - would advise to arrive during daylight as difficult to get to once metro is closed as alternative bus didn't go full distance and we had to flag taxi.

Only a few minutes from subway and is on the airport line. Rooms were more hotel like than hostel which was great for the comfort aspect (pillows were amazing!) but no lockers in a dorm room, and one key is needs to operate the air con, so when we left, air con went off for everyone! Great value for money hostel in Japan though, and to have basic kitchen facilities is a bonus. Free wifi worked well too!

The staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful when asking any questions. 8 bed dorm was clean, comfy and had privacy curtains on each bunk, but not much space for luggage. Shared bathroom was clean, showers were deceptively powerful and the bar downstairs makes it a good sociable hostel without disturbing the quiet in the rooms.

Staff were fantastic, and really helpful - they could organise and provide advice on any activity or travel we wanted to know about. Twin room and ensuite was lovely, clean and had plenty of space. Towels were lovely and fluffy! A bit out of the town, but well worth the easy 15-20min walk from the Li river pier. Would definitely recommend it.

Area seemed ok, only stayed one night but the owner was really friendly and able to sort all our tours for the following day etc for us which was good! Twin room was good, clean, spacious but the bathroom door didn't shut properly.

One night stay before my flight home - very short metro ride from KL Sentral, not even two minute walk from the metro station. Clean, decent size rooms, comfy beds, quiet at night - exactly what I was looking for. Didnt really experience atmosphere etc to judge as arrived late and left early.

Staff were some of the friendlyiest I have met in hostels, we had a private room which was excellent, location was great, had no problems with security and the shower was almost too powerful!
