Beds were very comfy, plenty of space in the rooms, big lockers for bags. Food was good, staff were really helpful, and the kittens were soooo cute! Only problem we had was the station pick up where the number on the booking didn't work, but the number 9 bus was really frequent so not a huge problem

Beds were comfy, room wasn't a bad size, big lockers for bags. Good number of showers and all were clean. Staff were helpful, but 15 min walk from nearest tube, and virtually impossible to spot in the dark - would advise to arrive during daylight as difficult to get to once metro is closed as alternative bus didn't go full distance and we had to flag taxi.

Only a few minutes from subway and is on the airport line. Rooms were more hotel like than hostel which was great for the comfort aspect (pillows were amazing!) but no lockers in a dorm room, and one key is needs to operate the air con, so when we left, air con went off for everyone! Great value for money hostel in Japan though, and to have basic kitchen facilities is a bonus. Free wifi worked well too!

The staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful when asking any questions. 8 bed dorm was clean, comfy and had privacy curtains on each bunk, but not much space for luggage. Shared bathroom was clean, showers were deceptively powerful and the bar downstairs makes it a good sociable hostel without disturbing the quiet in the rooms.

Staff were fantastic, and really helpful - they could organise and provide advice on any activity or travel we wanted to know about. Twin room and ensuite was lovely, clean and had plenty of space. Towels were lovely and fluffy! A bit out of the town, but well worth the easy 15-20min walk from the Li river pier. Would definitely recommend it.

Area seemed ok, only stayed one night but the owner was really friendly and able to sort all our tours for the following day etc for us which was good! Twin room was good, clean, spacious but the bathroom door didn't shut properly.

One night stay before my flight home - very short metro ride from KL Sentral, not even two minute walk from the metro station. Clean, decent size rooms, comfy beds, quiet at night - exactly what I was looking for. Didnt really experience atmosphere etc to judge as arrived late and left early.

Staff were some of the friendlyiest I have met in hostels, we had a private room which was excellent, location was great, had no problems with security and the shower was almost too powerful!

Judged on its own, not a bad hostel, but i came here after Plus Florence and was a little disappointed. Generally good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, beds were comfy, each bed having a private light was good. Our ensuite was not so great however - when too many people (not the entire occupancy of the room though) used the shower, it flooded not only the whole bathroom, but the bedroom also - stuff on the floor in part of the room got soaked!! Also, not the cleanest/nicest bathroom!

Staff here were great, couldnt do enough for you, even when i checked in at a silly hour in the morning!! Close to the centre, not far from the train station either. Rooms and showers were clean. Although comfy, the beds were VERY creaky!! So many tv channels too, perfect for sad people like me who hate to miss their motorsport when travelling! Had a choice of three F1 coverages! Good free internet, and kitchen wasnt too bad either, if a little small, but then it was a small hostel!

The lady who served breakfast, and came downstairs when i was charging my laptop in the kitchen was lovely - incredibly friendly and smiley! Great location, only 5-10 mins walk from the old town, and alwys spotlessly clean. Not so big on the fun aspect though.

Not a bad place to stay once i found it!! Directions given on the website were not very clear! Firstly you turn right out of the train/bus station, and when they say 'city bus station' what they really mean is a bus stop directly opposite the traffic lights! Was a good place to stay once i got there though!

Didnt like my stay here - stayed in a cabin thing with walls thinner than paper so could hear next door as if they were sat on my bed! The cabin was also round the back of another row of them, completely unlit! A female on my own did not enjoy going round there in the dark! Also really far out compared to the other campsite i stayed on the week before!

I loved my stay here! I stayed during the Formula One Grand Prix weekend, and met some of the best people here! The staff were great, really accommodating, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Only downside was that my room was up six floors (there was a lift but i dont like them!) but it wasnt too bad. I'd also preferred to have been able to pay on the card as i was staying for a week thats quite a lot of Euros!! Close to a metro stop which was good!

I liked it here, staff very friendly, accommodation was of a good standard (had a three bed private), food was good quality and not too expensive. Only downside is a short walk from the bus stop, but it really wasnt too much trouble, even with all our stuff. I would stay here again - definitely a good alternative to all the really quite expensive hostels in Venice! Infinitely better than Camping Serenissma where i also stayed!!

Rooms were a little squashed, but it wasnt really too much of a problem, apart from that, not a bad word to say. Staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the girl who gave me a flower when i left! Turned up and got free pasta for dinner too which was excellent! Good music and bar downstairs, but the rooms above were still quiet if you wanted to sleep early (there for MotoGP so had a very early start one morning!) Would definitely recommend!

Was a nice hostel, small but it made it more friendly. Good common area to socialise, rooms were nice and spacious, four bathrooms which was plenty given it is not a big place! Staff were friendly and helpful too! Up a LOT of stairs if you dont take the lift! Location was good, not too far from the metro, maybe ten minutes, and the same distance from the Vatican, which was good as we got there before it got too busy in the morning. I would stay there again!

Wow! I loved this place! Rooms were big and spacious, very clean! Breakfast was pretty yummy! Pool in a hostel, brilliant! Staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of common areas to meet people, and got a really good price on the room! One of my favourite hostels i have been in! Just booked Plus Prague for a couple of days time!

Social areas were great, breakfast was fantastic, room however was very small, nowhere to put your bags, especially when there are eight people in the room! Looking into other rooms as i walked past though, i think ours was particularly small, some of the others didnt seem so bad! Generally a very nice place though! Shuttle bus and tram away from anywhere but both are very frequent. Staff are great, especially when a bunch of us turned up rather late to check in because of train issues!

I liked this place, was pretty far out, and the hill really is difficult with bags on arrival, but is worth it. Pool is great, nice big common area, although hostel wasnt very full when we were there. Not so party party, but did have its own bar. Very clean, no problem getting the metro into the centre. Rooms were HUGE, own lockers that fit your whole bag, private lights and shelfs for the beds, ensuite bathroom big enough to swing about six cats in! Would definitely stay there again!

One of the good hostels i have stayed in. a stones throw from the metro, it is a little out of the centre, but i think that is a good thing. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean, good size rooms. Suffered a little as our rooms fan/airconditioning didnt reach my bed, but it wasnt too bad! Staff were great, chatty, helpful and organised bar crawls etc. Common areas were good, and the free breakfast wasnt to be sneered at either! All in all, very enjoyable stay!

Hmm, stayed here because we left it too late to book a hostel. We were allowed to check in early, but they let us into a room uncleaned from the previous guest. I'd rather not have been able to check in, very unprofessional for a hotel! Most hostels i have stayed in are of a much higher standard. I wont be back! Out of the centre, but really not far from the metro, and plenty of shops and food places nearby. On the plus side, breakfast was very good!

Good hostel - close to train station, also close to some key areas of Manchester. The only hostel i have stayed in in my own country and i was pretty pleased with it! Stayed in an 18 bed dorm i think it was, and it didnt feel at all cramped - plenty of space for everyone! Bathrooms ere ok, nice large common area to meet people in. Staff were very friendly and organised bar crawls etc. I ould haveno problem staying there again!

This hostel has by far and away the best free breakfast of any place i have been!! Stayed orginally for three nights, then came back on our way out of Ireland. Good internet, ensuite bathroom was good. Downsides were 1 of the bed in our room (that i had on the second stay) had a huge box thing hanging into it?! I didnt hit myself on it but i could have done! Also were directly below the kitchen so 6.30am and sounds like a herd of elephants were upstairs! Not so lively though, as part of a hotel!

I loved it here! Great common area, biggest kitchen i think i have seen in a hostel! (enough for eight of us to cook the biggest roast dinner you have ever seen without disrupting everyone else!) Rooms were a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. I think my favourite hostel on the trip! Only downside was it got quite cold and the fire wasnt lit until about 6 or so, so if you spent the day inside, which we did when the weather was bad, we were sat wrapped in blankets! Will be back!

Wow, what a conservative hostel this was! Glad it was only one night! Whilst the staff were lovely, and really very helpful with any question i had, i felt quite uncomfortable making any sort of noise, even a whispered conversation felt out of place! Certainly not a bad hostel if an early night and peace and quiet is what you are after, but not really good for anything else! Was only a stop over though so it was ok. Facilities were all good though, large kitchen, and close to a supermarket.

After two trips, fourteen months over Australia, NZ, USA, Canada and Europe, this hostel still holds the accolade of worst i have stayed in! Not very clean, air conditioning (which was hugely necessary at the time of year we were there) consisted of a desk fan attached to the ceiling which barely reached any of the beds, let alone all of them! My room key also worked to the private room which was located within our dorm, not secure for anyone staying in there. Girl in reception was great though!
