Close to subway, but not much around. Staff is nice and speaks some English. Very few people to maintain the hostel, though. House is old and makes you wonder how clean the carpeted floors are. Wear the slippers. Had no issues here, but for mostly everything you will need public transport.

The staff is not there in the morning and the door is unlocked during the day, so I've seen non-guests (maybe waiting for staff?) in the living room... There's only one shower for 16 beds. The hostel is clean and beds are fine. Somehow the place attracts guests who arrive drunk at 5am or stay up until 1am messing with their luggage and making noise inside the bedroom, but very few backpackers and people you can actually interact with. Or maybe that's just the city...

The staff is great, very helpful and welcoming. They know the area as well and will help you to organize your hikes. The building is an old Japanese house, adapted into a hostel. The shower was clearly a room split in two, kind of small and the hot water is not stable. Beds are actually futons on tatami, not bunker beds, comfortable. Cleanliness is slightly lacking because other guests not always clean after themselves, so you might get a greasy table or a spilled toilet.

The building is brand new, facilities are really great. The staff was equally great, very helpful. The only disadvantage is being a bit far (20min walk) from the train station, from where transportation to all attractions leave.

A simple hostel, but with a welcoming and chill staff. Location is good, just a few minutes from the train station. It feels more like a house than a hotel.

As a capsule hotel, the space is very limited. The lockers provided were not enough to fit my big luggage, so I left outside my capsule. Around the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, but not many sights to see. Don't expect to socialize with other guests, the common area is the restaurant on the ground floor, and the typical guest is the japanese salaryman who got drunk in the neighborhood and missed the last train. They offer towel, toothbrush, etc. so it's very convenient.

The staff was great, the accommodation too. It's a very quiet and peaceful place, and once I arrived and they were having a tea ceremony. I got a delicious cup of green tea, of course.
Thank you so much for staying with us! Glad that you enjoyed the cup of Japanese green tea. Hope you enjoyed your stay here and everything around Osaka! Hope to see you again!

Very nicely located and staff is great. Guests don't follow the hygiene standards, so you'd often find a pissed toilet seat, etc. Bummer. The A/C in the bedroom is not powerful enough so the air circulation suffers a bit. Anyway, I still highly recommend the hostel, would definitely go back there!

It was a nice stay, but they don't have elevator and I was put on the third floor 😫 ouch with my 20kg luggage. Can't really complain, my stay there was great.

Location is amazing, with several attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Subway is less than 100m away. The staff is great! The dorm is a bit cramped, but well organized and very clean. Breakfast, laundry, even cup noodles are free, making it a decent bang for the buck. I'd definitely stay there again.

Bathrooms were cleaner than average China, and location is great with subway station in front. But as you enter the hostel you are greeted by a stinky smoking area, and the wifi sucks (slow and no coverage in the bedrooms). These last two are deal breakers for me...

Except from the distance to the subway and lack of elevator (use a backpack if you can!), I can't really point anything off. Facilities are clean and pleasant, staff was cool. Building is well organized.

Was OK, clean enough. The restaurant could be avoided, not tasty and priced for foreign standards. You are better eating outside.
hello! Thank you for your comments to the hostel, also thank you for giving us the recommendations of the hostel, we go back and strive to improve, I wish you a pleasant journey UPLAND

We rented beds on a 6-bed mixed suite. Accommodations were fine but looked quite aged compared to what you see in the pictures. There were NO lockers in the bedrooms, which was surprising to me. The bedroom was spacious but not well utilized, feels like they took a normal hotel room and turned into a hostel: furniture didn't use the space well, power sockets were few and not well placed for the bunkers, etc.The hostel was undergoing renovations so the public areas will be looking better soon.

The room was constantly feeling damp. The AC was not drying the air properly. The room was also a bit dark. The locker was not in proper condition, door was hard to open and the handle was broken. The staff was great, location is 5 min from the sky train, so no worries getting there.
Dear Ricardo The reason for some rooms being damp is because air-con are left running 24/7 (Dorm with 8 to 10 people are the most common). We can not force our guests to turn off the air-con, however, we now have new house rule for switching the air-con off from 12:00pm - 14:00pm during cleaning hours. We expect this to dramatically fix the dampness :) Stiff lockers are now being lubricated and fixed. We hope to be able to show you our improvements in the future :)
